The sweetest little ice cream shop that's hidden in lake Nona. Stopped by about 30 minutes before closing so there wasn't anyone there. The two girls there were both really sweet and attentive. We got to try some samples first before deciding what to get. I loved that they had some fun flavors I've never had like peanut butter cookie dough, oatmeal crave, coconut chocolate almond and more. I had the oatmeal crave which was so good, a nice little crunch/texture. This place was also so cute inside, with a an area for the kiddos. They also sell dog ice cream!
Solid ice cream spot with a good range of flavors and options, including cones, sundaes, and milkshakes. Prices are a bit on the higher side but it's worth it when you're trying to treat yourself to a good looking and tasty dessert. The place has a cool, inviting vibe, and the staff were helpful, offering samples to make sure we got something we liked. Worth checking out.

I went to the Lake Nona location and it's exactly what you would expect from an ice-cream shop. Beyond the delectable treats, the friendly staff enhanced the overall visit. Their warm welcome and helpful suggestions made the decision-making process a breeze. Additionally, the cleanliness of the shop was commendable, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. To make things better, there was lots of seating space for those who wish to hang out or don't have any rush to go anywhere else. There was a large selection of dessert meals that really stand out on the menu. I chose the Coffee Cookies and Cream ice cream and it was a revelation--a perfect blend of rich coffee notes and the familiar crunch of cookies. It was a variation I didn't know I needed, and now it's become a new favorite. The shop's commitment to inventive flavors adds a refreshing touch to the traditional ice-cream experience.
The ice cream was really good. And there was A LOT of it in every dish we ordered. We got the brownie sundae, the banana split and a brownie topped mint ice cream in a glass. There were four of us eating these three items and we almost couldn't finish it there was so much! The service was amazing and our sundae maker was manning the shop alone so she worked hard on each one by herself so it took a minute. She did a great job. The shop is cute and small but with a little kids waiting area as well as a freezer for to go pints. The hardest part and the reason it lost a star was location. Access to it was very difficult to get into as you had to turn onto a street that was past the shop and then come in from the back as it's only access road. There was only the one way in and out for the couple of shops in the tiny strip mall. If there was some kind of emergency I don't know how you would get out of there. Parking was extremely limited as well. Really weird design for entry. I had a Groupon I purchased which was a good value however I would try to find a different location if they have one. However my kids loved the ice cream!
Still love Bacio, they're my ride or die ice cream spot. Brownie Batter wasn't what I expected, I expected more of a chocolate base as opposed to vanilla with caramel, but I'm not complaining.
I found this spot on Lee Vista as part of our October ice cream crawl 2 years ago, and since they've opened a location closer to Lake Nona, we come here pretty regularly. They have amazing ice cream both in flavor and texture, with some classic and some creative and rotating flavors. They also have more outside the box menu options like elaborate sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and waffles. The counter staff is always so friendly and helpful and the shop is really cute with nice decor and seating for adults but also a smaller kids area to align with whatever party you bring in. They are great to have as a local shop!
This is a small, cozy location. Service is fast and staff is very friendly. There are 3 tables inside and a few outdoors with umbrellas. Everything was just delicious. We tried a shake (you can make your own), dulce de leche is amazing and peanut butter chocolate is great too. It's a nicer dessert option.
100% would recommend this place! The inside is so cute and the staff is very friendly. I got the key lime & strawberry ice cream in a cone. My sister had the cookies and cream milkshake and they made it look delicious. If you're ever craving a milkshake and don't like what's on the menu, you can always create your own! They have so many good flavors and I like how they're aren't too sweet. And they're very generous with their portions.
This place was super cute and clean. They presented all of their items beautifully and staff was very friendly and quick. The portion of the sundae was incredibly generous and indulgently delicious, though I must admit it was quite hefty. It's definitely a treat best shared between two people. I wasn't particularly fond of the rocky road milkshake. It tasted like chocolate milk... I'd definitely recommend trying another flavor. Despite the milkshake, I'll definitely be going back for the sundaes. It's a delightful little spot to satisfy your ice cream cravings and enjoy a fun time out.
This was our first time going to Bacio's and we were very impressed. The decor was super cute and the staff was friendly. We tried a couple of flavors before deciding on the Coffee cookies and cream ice cream in the bambino size. We didn't stay as it was crowded and there were no seats left but regardless it was delicious. My sister got a macaroon ice cream sandwich which was interesting as I've never heard of that before. The flavors were very yummy and I look forward to coming back. I give it a 4/5 simply because I wish there was more seating but other than that it was a pleasant time!
The ice cream here was ! That brownie chocolate was awesome! Choices like banana, key lime, coconut and mango will fill your tropical flavor craving. Of course, still had favorite like chocolate and strawberry. They have some interesting specials although seemed a little pricey for me.

Love the chocolate ice cream and the we always pick up a pack of the dog yogurt cups in the frozen fridge and our pups love them in banana and peanut butter flavor! read more
Taste: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 This ice cream shop is adorable with a good amount of flavors available. Good selection, they offer ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes and some specialty items (e.g. Belgium Waffle, Ice Cream Sandwich). I think they may be a little pricey but there's fortunately a Groupon available which evened everything out to a good price. Staff was friendly and offered to let us try different flavors to make sure we got something we'd enjoy. read more

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our sundaes were delicious! They are definitely big enough to share. The prices are a bit steep, but the amount of ice cream and toppings makes it worth it. I definitely want to come back to try more of their specialty items! read more

Bacon Ice Cream is a little ice cream shop located on Lee Vista Boulevard and a small Shopping Plaza. It is a cute set up, some might say quince. The shop was very clean and the staff was very nice. There was a lot of bric-a-brac the kind of gave it that homey feeling. This is a great place for you to bring the kids and/or a date and just enjoy some very good ice cream. There are a few disadvantages to this ice cream shop, however. One is that they only have one size of milkshake and a price point comes just under eight dollars, $7.75 to be exact. Mind you, this is before tax and a tip. If a kid wants a milkshake, there is no small to get him. He will just have to get a large and quite honestly it might go to waste. Prices all around where a little bit High, but not so extreme to make you not want to go. My total for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup and two scoops in a cup with whipped cream was just under ten dollars. Also, whipped cream is considered a topping and honestly I have no problem with that. However, please give me the illusion that it is something special and do not pick up a supermarket store brand whipped cream and charge me for that. All in all, it was a positive experience. I just think that they need a little tweaking and they would get five stars. As it stands now, I will give them four stars. read more

The ice cream was delicious and you got to try the flavors before you pick what you want. All of it is filling so you might want to get a small. The service was good, there were only two people working but they were so nice and helpful. It was not crazy busy there. There are seating inside and outside. read more
We live in the neighborhood right behind Bacios and we've never been in for desert (just laziness). We decided last night was the night, so we took a walk with our 3yr old and WOW!!! When you first walk in you gain about 10lbs from the absolutely amazing smells. The atmosphere is like an old time ice cream parlor. There was ample space for me to access with my wheelchair and not feel crowded. My son absolutely lost his little mind with all the ice cream choices, but in the end he's die hard vanilla. The staff members were very friendly, knew the menu very well and made some great recommendations. This was by far some of the best ice cream I have ever had, and the prices don't break the bank. I am now hooked and we will definitely be regulars. Highly recommended if you love amazing deserts, and home made ice creams. read more

I know locally Kelly's is the favorite ice cream shop. But for me it's Bacio. The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, they do lots of fun things with flavors. I also like how generous they are with their scoops, we asked for a smaller scoop for the kids and it was still huge. This place is a win read more

Averaging $11 per dessert, it's large enough to split. The store is smaller but cozy. They have some popular flavors in pint sizes to go for $7 each (which is a decent deal. Even if the store is busy, the service is quick and friendly. read more

20/10 recommend! Yes, TWENTY out of ten. The staff is so friendly and they are generous with samples. It was my first time coming in and they were beyond happy to introduce me to their flavors. Many good flavors with a range from sweet to tart and some sorbets as well! I didn't want to put down my dessert to write this. So this review was done in two goes. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Their serving sizes are big and the prices are low to moderate. On top of having some amazing flavors to have on their own, they also have some delicious looking specialties. I can't wait to come back and try one of their milkshakes or sundaes. I need to add that I'm from Wisconsin (dairy land) and I love ice cream. Thus, I've had a lot of it from many different places. I've tried ice cream abroad, in Wisconsin, Chicago, San Diego, Miami and so on. But this, THIS is definitely in my top two of all time favorites. read more

Had the Key Lime scoop on a waffle cone. It was so delicious and a very generous scoop. You're allowed to sample flavors before you choose but the moment I tried the Key Lime I knew it was the one. It's super tangy with bits of cheesecake crust throughout. It did cost around $8 but it was worth it for the amount of ice cream I got. read more

Nice ice ream but the last 3 times I've been back has been very disappointing, but i thought that i would give thema chance but this seems to be a norm now. The portion size is ridiculous. $7 for a considerably small scoop, you get more value for your money at other ice cream shops so I had to make a decision to stop wasting my money here. If I'm paying $7 bucks ya better fill the cup. Plus the ice cream flavors aren't very strong anymore personally speaking. Wish this placeall the best but I'm out...at least gor a while. read more

Found a "cute" ice cream shop near my hotel, Springhill Suites, in Orlando. Ordered a piccolo (one scoop) of coffee cookies n cream, and overall it was pretty good. Ice cream consistency was firm yet creamy, the way ice cream should be! I asked if they made their ice cream in house, and they said they unfortunately do not, but have hopes to one day. I'd give them a five star if their ice cream was homemade. Otherwise a good spot for ice cream. read more
Wow! First timers and blown away! Super clean, friendly and DELICIOUS! The Nutella milk shake is hands down my favorite shake in town! Simple but perfectly ratioed Nutella and vanilla ice cream. The Banana Split ice cream is to die for as well! Can't wait to come back! read more
