The receptionist when I called was so friendly and really gave me a great vibe which put me at ease, because getting a tooth pulled is kinda scary! She fit me in for an appointment next day and asked me to fill out the forms online. I absolutely forgot to do so and when I came in she was so forgiving about it like it's not a problem at all take your time. Just absolutely nice. Like 3 different people came in to either assist me at some point or just to chat while I was waiting which was so nice. Even though the wait wasn't long, sitting there just waiting for someone to yank your tooth out can be a little nerve wrecking. The procedure took some work bc my teeth are stubborn but the Dr was so patient and talked me through everything. It was just such a great experience.
