I've worked out with most of them and while they have different styles, they all have great, positive attitudes and work you very hard. All the instructors check in at the beginning of the session to make sure your body is feeling ok, and are always willing to let you pick a few exercises you really want to do. They continuously change up the workouts so you don't get bored or feel like you aren't being challenged. I never fail to learn something new at each session. Training at Rinaldi Pilates has shown me how wonderfully beneficial Pilates is for my body and it is the perfect compliment to my cardio/interval training regimen. I will forever be a Pilates devotee and I will keep on coming back to Rinaldi Pilates for the workout that my body craves.

It's one thing to have a trainer work with you on a physical level but you need someone to be engaged with you as a whole person, not just physically. We do a variety of fun things, so the workouts are not boring. I also had a stressful time and we were able to work through it and maintain until I felt better. And I was trained on new machines I was never able to do on my own which was great. I highly recommend Lauren for your fitness needs! She can work with all levels.

The first session was simply a conversation with the trainer solely for the purposes of learning what was important to me so they could tailor not just the workouts, but also ways to help me feel inspired as a whole person. That made me feel so special. The trainers were sure to respect and be mindful of what could seemingly be small details but were important me. That for me is priceless! The physical space itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was designed with so much intentionality that it made the workout sessions even more enjoyable. The small group sessions are lovely. They aren't overstimulating and that was key for me. Every workout session left me feeling inspired, encouraged and renewed not just physically but mentally & emotionally. Lastly, Dani, the owner and founder, is an absolute PLEASURE to do business with and her passion for mind and body fitness is evident. She wants every client to get what they need to feel empowered. She makes herself accessible and easy to communicate with either by phone, email or text. As a nurse leader, I am deeply appreciative of what she has created at Very Personal Training and will continue to do support her business not only with my own personal training but also with group training events that I will host for my clinical team and friends. I can't wait for their summer classes in the patio. I appreciate that they have a variety of classes from mat, reformer, and tower. I feel like right now. Reformer is very trendy and it's hard to find studios that have anything else. I appreciate that Power Pilates is real classical Pilates. They even use a real classical Pilates reformer. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be-as any real Pilates classes. I've had pretty good luck with all of the instructors being high-quality. I do appreciate that generally their classes are on the smaller side, and even with our classes that are larger the teachers tend to be great at giving attention to all the students. Highly recommend power Pilates for a classical Pilates class.

When I first wanted to start working out, I was fairly uncomfortable with the idea of being in a huge gym and having to work out in front of people. I looked for a long time to find a space that was close to me that offered privacy. Sevenbell was one of those gyms, and while it was a little inconvenient to get to from my location, I decided to give it a try. I believe it was one of the best decisions I made. The gym is always spotless, never crowded, and I always felt comfortable in the space. When I went here (I no longer live in the area and have since changed gyms) I actually looked forward to coming every day, because I knew I would not have to sit around and wait for a machine to be free, or have to deal with rude people making noise and slamming weights. If you are like me and are looking for a gym that is clean, quiet, and accepting of everyone no matter where they are on their fitness journey, then this is the place for you. It is well worth the price and I could not be happier with the time I had spent there. Also, the personal trainers are amazing. I worked with Jesse while I was there, and I felt he did a great job with giving me a foundation to work with in my personal workouts. Cam (who is like 6'5 and looks like The Hulk after he transforms) walked by me one day and mentioned that I looked bigger, and that my form was good. It felt like I won the lottery :)

The classes are consistently amazing and "Most" instructors are top-notch. My only gripe is when classes get packed beyond reason. For example, a few Saturdays ago I took a Power class that had well over 40 people. I'm not sure if it was the instructor's popularity, but I've never seen a Saturday class that crowded. Overall, the instructor was good, but not sure why the class would be that packed. It's hard to move or even fully stretch when you're practically mat-to-mat. A simple solution might be to offer two Power classes back-to-back on weekends to help ease the crowding. When you see that one class has that many students, over 40, it would make more sense to split it or add a back-to-back session. It's just not ideal to be so tightly packed when you need space to move and stretch. Early mornings are definitely the best if you want to avoid the overcrowding. Other than that, I absolutely love this studio and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid yoga practice.
