The comps he used were homes in a different school district (less desirable) and used 3 bedroom homes, just adding $4,000 for a 4th bedroom (which you cannot put a price tag on as we all know). When these inaccuracies were brought to his attention for a reconsideration, his lackadaisical and lazy attitude toward his job ignored them. As far as I am concerned, he is unethical, lazy and incompetent. His incompetence has cost us a contract.
