We needed a quick appraisal to help us determine the value of our home in the current real estate market and contacted Jeff. Jeff was extremely thorough in his analysis and prepared our report in less than 24 hours from his on-site visit (7-hours to be exact). Jeff's appraisal provided us with the timely information we needed to have an appraiser's opinion of the value of our home and was a guiding light in assisting us with the listing price to move forward with the sale of our home. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and if needed, we will use his services again. He comes with our highest recommendation.

He had retired and was "Helping out a friend". Guaranteed that all the pictures of the interior of my home would not be put out on any emails, etc. Said they were just for his use only. Showed up 40 minutes before our appointment- I wasn't home from work yet. End result- he sent the pictures to my ex, his attorney, who sent them to my attorney and then myself. Compared my home to houses not even close to the size/rooms of my house. Priced it exactly what my ex told him to. Only took pictures that avoided problems in the house. I would not recommend him.

I can only assume that is his go to form of communication. We only needed him to sign and send a single form. He screamed he didn't believe we had hired him in the past and needed proof. I spent hours digging out every stitch of proof needed. We had of course hired him in the past. His secretary said, no problem they would take care of it that day. Months later I found out they never sent the form. I called again. When I asked when he would send the form, John, the only time he did not yell and scream like a maniac, simply said "I don't want to, so I don't have to." He has cost us several hundred dollars and for absolutely no reason. I am baffled. My grandmother was in Real Estate for 50 years in the area, top seller in every office she was in. I have never encountered a more unprofessional man in my life. Do not work with them. Bad for your emotional and mental health, and bad at their job. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We were living in perhaps the last decent area in Chicago's south suburbs, and were not optimistic about our home value. Randy was very honest with us when he appraised our little house, and came back with a number that was higher than what we had anticipated. Needless to say, we were delighted but skeptical. We decided to consult him for a realtor referral, and he connected us with Robert Shutay at Ambassador in Orland Park. We listed at the number Randy gave us and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few weeks- damned if we didn't get 3 offers the first day- all above asking price. A bidding war for our little post-WWII bungalow! The great thing about it is that Randy continued to make himself available to us if our realtor was busy. He answered questions, advised us on how an offer looked, etc. Just really helpful. We sold our house in 2 days- for above what Randy appraised it for. He's from the South Side, knew the market really well, and was incredibly savvy about how to present the house, what to be concerned about, etc. He also gave us coupons for Bonefish Grill, which we love. Thanks, Randy, and cheers!
