I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. After our first ride, a few members of our family decided they were done because they wanted a calmer ride. Since there wasn't anyone waiting, Kenny offered to take the rest of us back out at no extra charge and really show us what the banana boat was meant to be. He let it rip! We got bounced around, laughed the whole time, and had an absolute blast. He was friendly, professional, safe, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Luckily, it wasn't too far from the Four Seasons, where I was staying. I was apprehensive initially waiting at the Marina, because I couldn't tell where the boat was, where the staff was, how was this boat a cruise or party boat, etc.. Well, shortly thereafter, we were all told to line up and board and a lot more people appeared, and things began to fall into place. I opted to sit on the outside to catch some great views. I helped myself to wine (white and red) that was gratis, free! They also offered beer and sodas aboard the boat. They had vegetables, fruits, crackers cheeses, cookies, and chips, I believe. It was an excellent deal that I purchased on Groupon, that was well worth the $38 dollars. Well, it was on sale that day for $31 per person, but the typical rate is $38. The ride was about two hours and you will sail past million row and get to see celebrities houses. The boat will head back after that. During the course of the ride music was playing, mostly reggae, but a little merengue and rap as we returned to the dock. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone seemingly had a good time. FYI: once you return and exit the boat-- a staff member will be there with a flashlight for your safety (watch your step exiting the boat) also to collect tips for their hard work during the cruise.
