So I booked a 60 minute prenatal massage and "Gentle" ultrasound package. | p a r k i n g | We came on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking on the side of the building. Didn't have an issue at all. | i n t e r i o r | Very beautifully done! You wouldn't have guessed it would look so nice inside from the outside walking in. There were snacks and water in the front waiting area. Facility was clean but stuffy. My family and I were sweating in the room. | m a s s a g e | I was greeted by a Filipino lady. She was very nice but I didn't feel like my needs were met. They had me fill out a form prior to the massage to point out areas of concerns (I put shoulders, lower back and feet) and I expressed that I would like a therapeutic deep tissue massage. I felt like I was just getting rubbed down with oil like a turkey. There was no technique in the massage. She didn't touch my feet at all and those are one of the areas that pregnant women always have issues with. And unfortunately I didn't get my full 60 minutes. We walked into the room at 2:05, I got undressed and started at 2:10. Massage ended at 2:55. | u l t r a s o u n d | Loved that they had a separate room with a two way camera for family members to tune in on the ultrasound! Our tech was Krystal. She was nice but my husband and I can tell right away that she is new / inexperienced. I've been an ultrasound tech for 10 years and was disappointed in the scan. I'm only 28 weeks and we didn't really get a good picture like we hoped. We also asked to double check gender and she couldn't get it. Ultrasound pictures were sent to my email right after which was nice and convenient. Overall, it was an okay experience. The facility is nice and I can see the potential in it. You can just tell the staff needs a bit more training. Hopefully they can make some changes because it's something nice to experience with your loved ones or even yourself to relax and be pampered.

The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

She showed us our baby and even gave us some I believe 3D previews even though I only went in for the 2D!
