I have a cargo Van that had the passenger side window broken out. Requested quotes through YELP and Issa responded within 5 minutes of me submitting. His quote was less than the other 4 I received by more than $30. I was able to book an appointment the next morning at 8am. I arrived and Issa was waiting outside ready to start. I had given him the wrong information on the model number of the van and he intuitively must have known my mistake because he had made sure he had the proper glass for all 3 models of my van. At first everything was fine. Until it was time to clean my windshields. The washer fluid did not come out onto my windows instead the fluid was coming from underneath my car. When I reached out they said they would come to my home to fix the issues. They never showed up. I had to pay someone else to fix it. I've had my windshield replaced before on other cars and never once had this problem. read more

Thanks for such a fast response and service! I was getting quoted much more for non-OEM windshield glass! I was told the windshield I was getting replaced was OEM so the price was a little higher, (but it was still lower than other places I was quoted from!) I got one replaced for my car and 3 days later, replaced another one for a SUV. I even got a discount since it was my second service! And they were able to schedule the repair of our toyota 4runner windshield with rock chip the next day. So this review is about 2 years overdue, but like they say, better late than never. I had just got back into town where my driver's side back seat window had gotten smashed into from a smash and grab at the hotel I was staying in and I need a repair ASAP. I had placed a few quotes on Yelp and had originally gone with another company before I had heard back from Babylon which ended up being cheaper than the first company. Luckily, that one fell through and Babylon was able to fit me in the next day. I remember waiting for the guy to come and he was running late, so I had called him to see what was up. Turned out, the poor guy had just been involved in a car accident himself on the way out to come fix my window. He apologized for the delay and still came out to fix my window. Luckily, I think he was only in a little fender bender, so was ok. But I was very surprised and happy that he was still willing and able to come out and fix my window after being in an accident. Was quoted one price in a text message response, arrived at my residence to do my windshield replacement, broke the replacement during installation, returned with a new one, completed installation, when time to pay for the work was told cash only. I was told by my mechanic that I might have to replace my entire windshield just to remove the old, rotting molding on top of the glass.
