Daniel Reyes payed close attention to detail and made sure everything was in place before leaving. The contractor I hired previously was at my home for 12 days and he did nothing despite paying 50% of my total cost upfront. Daniel made sure I had a good experience he allowed my input and answered all my questions. South Paw floors was great to work with ,they gave me a great price. 1 Star - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I've worked with many contractors across multiple homes and offices, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. From start to finish there were major disconnects in communication. Expectations were not aligned, follow-through was inconsistent, and the quality of work did not meet professional standards. When I raised concerns about the workmanship and lack of accountability, instead of addressing the issues, the owner called me in an irate and confrontational manner. Rather than taking responsibility, he attempted to frame my concerns as a "threat" because I mentioned I would leave an honest public review and consider contacting the BBB and the licensing board. At no point did I threaten anything beyond sharing factual information about my experience. I simply expected the work to be done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately, this company did not stand behind their work, and the response to legitimate concerns was defensive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and thoroughly vetting. Better yet, save your money & peace of mind. Use the other guy!!!

Wow. I just had a horrible experience with Complete Flooring Source. Over a month ago I went to…read moretheir store because I couldn't buy the tile I wanted directly from PetraSlate. I got a quote from one of the sales people (Erin) and said I would call back to place the order, which I did. At least I thought I did. Erin told me the order was placed and would be in their warehouse when I was ready to pick it up. When I called Complete Flooring Source this morning I found out the order had never been placed and all that could be found was the quote. My car is packed and I'm heading out of town since I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and have no working appliances. I was going to pick up the tile on my way out of town so I would have it Monday morning at 8 a.m. for the tile installer. The receptionist (Judy) that took my call could not have been more rude when I didn't have the order number or remember the sales person that I worked with. She made it sound like it was going to be impossible to find me in their system. It just got worse from there. She kept interrupting me and talking over me and I ended up yelling at her to please quit doing that. She just kept doing it though. She said she would call PetraSlate to see if they had the tile in stock and call me back but it wouldn't be done right away because she had other fires to put out (I'm not surprised). With that in mind I called PetraSlate and found out the tile was in stock and I could even pick it up from them on my way out of town. All I needed was to pay Complete Flooring for the tile and get a PO# from them. I'm still waiting on my receipt and PO# by email. In my last phone call with Judy I apologized for yelling at her but she didn't even acknowledge the apology - didn't say a word. Needless to say I will not go back to that establishment nor will I recommend them to anyone.
