After having been turned down by KSF where my surgeon is because I was in a wheelchair and could not get on their table without assistance, we stopped there on the way home to see if they could do it. The young lady there was great and got us appointment the next day. Then the technician took the table out to, us, got assistants to help get me on the table and sent the report to the doctor right away.

My son needed stitches, 2 inside deep and 6 outside. The doctor on duty at this hospital was dirty, coughing, and was not prepared for the situation at all. He tried gluing my sons chin with medical glue and used over 10 medical strips to keep it closed. As he held it together pushing it closed with his 2 fingers and had the nurse running back and forth to get more medical supplies, I told him to remove it and prove to me my sons chin is closed with the hack job he has done which had covered his whole chin & down his neck. He promised me it would be closed. The chin then gaped open and I told him I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable and we left! Do not go here if you need true care.

Anyway they let me seat and wait 1 H.R. 45 minutes and the numbing applications were NOT quite effective by the time the Doctor came in to give the shot. I felt the pain of the shot. The female doctor told me I was fine and walked out. I broke down in tears to the office manager because that was not quality care. The forms could have been completed without the lack of medical care of getting that shot at the appropriate time. This is totally unacceptable. I have an appointment today. I'm already stressed out and filled with anxiety. I will voice my opinion today.

I came in February to get a mammogram and was told the results weren't good, to come back for another. This began a cat and mouse game of trying to figure out how much I would be charged and why? My insurance is also not the greatest but if Solis is requesting another test, I should have an order for it. This is why our medical system has deteriorated so much. It's unclear what patients truly do need and in the meantime we are sent to several different physicians, specialists, etc to be treated. It's exhausting. Now I'm in the waiting room waiting to get this over with again. I was pleased when I came in last year but this year something changed and I'm getting the runaround. Depending on how it goes today will determine if I come back this year.

Saturday. I didn't have to miss work or get up super early so that I could get to work at a decent time after getting my exam done. I checked in at 815 for an 830 appointment. I was heading out of the door at 840. The facilities were wonderful and the staff was great. I highly recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to go.

Provided images on a disc, for your personal records, and/or to provide to any future providers. As well as providing all images to your recent assigned physician. I came for neck and back injury. I was informed that each will take 30 mins. Total of 1 hour, (in the tunnel.) -1* I would prefer them to, provide a one to two minute break period between the two sections. Verses, continuing to proceed on to the back, once completed with the neck images. In the tunner, you can Not move at all. And for the neck images, which was done first. I had to wear an head/face holder to keep my head and neck in place. With my neck injury I can Not good my head still in one position for an excessive amount of time. (Example 30mins to an hour). Collecting back images I do NOT have to wear the head gear. They should have definitely, slide me out, to remove the head wear. They do however provide, a hand held alarm bulb, (similar to the pump that belongs to a blood pressure cuff). For any assistance. Which I did have to use. Overall experience was good.
