Yes the location here is a bit sketchy but don't let that fool you as the clientele are very nice and decent people. Everyone just wants a good cup of coffee and a donut. The pho was tasty with lots if noodles, bean sprouts, and soft and tender beef slices. It was the spices in the soup that blew me away making ever spoonful a joyous taste.

Soon after ordering, we were told that they were out of the crispy chicken but they could substitute a chicken wrap at the same price. We paid for our order and waited. When the chicken was ready, the clerk told us he couldn't give us wedges, but would we be ok with "2 or 3" potato cakes? At that point we said yes and took our food back to the hotel. We were given 2 potato cakes apiece. While the food was tasty enough, we weren't able to get either of the items we originally ordered...nor were we told up front that these menu items weren't available. Which was downright weird IMO.
