Service is friendly, and the food is great, would definitely recommend the BLT and the iced London fog.

Why did Shopper's Drug Mart's Optimum Points Call Waiting Hang up after I waited 34 minutes to…read morespeak to them about Brad's No Frills' confusing Optimum Points card printed on Not Frills' Receipt reads they are connected to PC optimum points, but they don't give points like all other stores do, except to offer a flyer on Thursdays to receive an email about which items might give 1 (?) point for every dollar spent there, but one needs 5000 points to ' receive ' $5 off after spending $500 Brad's No Frills Store ? Jean, No Frill's computer assistant who have me the toll free Shoppers Optimum Card 'help' line number was helpful but hung up and Peter, the assistant manager who didn't understand how the optimum points card works, didn't even answer when I called back 2 x after being on the phone with their computer assistant from 3:04 pm for nearly an hour trying to find out how to connect these cards on the PC Optimum App, wasting everyone's time and now not even answering their phone in Salmon Arm at 2-360 Trans Canada Hwy SW after I called back @ 4:10 pm. Peter didn't answer the phone after it rang 30 times Oct .5, 2024. Is there an ' Incident ' happening that no one even hears their phone ? Maybe they need pagers.

The prices for these groceries are more reasonable than most places I shop at. Although, it could use a deli counter. The customer service is good. I have never had a problem with the staff and they help me however they can when I ask for it. I recommend NoFrills for your general grocery shopping.

This detour is worth it!…read more We drove by it while going and had decided to go in while driving back home. We did and I'm so glad. Situated next to the Dutchman Dairy , this "Fruit Stand" is huge . Fresh berries to dehydrated goodies to fresh bread and so many sauces, it's a perfect spot to load up your groceries. We found fresh veggies too! The price was reasonable and not over the top . It's always more pricier in the city so load up!! Highly recommended!

I appreciate that Fruit World celebrates BC producers and artisans--and that Fruit World strategically sources from outside BC so as to not sacrifice quality, value, and selection. While I try to buy local whenever possible, I also enjoy tropical and exotic fruit, so I really appreciate that there is always a fun selection at Fruit World! Also, if I am buying multiple cases or looking for something outside the BC growing season, I know Fruit World will have what I need--and that it will be at a reasonable price. I also appreciate the rigorous sorting process. When you go there, you will see employees sorting through produce and picking out "subpar" items. (I put "subpar" in quotes because many of the picked-out items look good to me (and sometimes end up in a discount box).) I can trust that everything that is available for me to purchase is high-quality. At a grocery store, I would typically pick through items, but I never have to do that at Fruit World. In addition to produce, there is a thoughtful curation of artisanal products from BC (e.g., mustards, jams, breads, beauty products). I love asking the owners about the artisans they have discovered. The customer service is phenomenal. The dedication and love that go into Fruit World are evident in the smiles and customer service! Whether I am looking for a fun exotic fruit or cases of peaches, the employees are always helpful! Fruit World fills my heart with joy! I always look forward to visiting Fruit World and finding treasures!
