Choose your Sales Rep wisely! Same day and time but two totally different experiences…read more We came to purchase an outfit for my child's First Communion, we ended up purchasing the charro outfit for $235 along with small gifts for our parents and godparents priced at $15 each. Carlos was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative during our first visit. We took our time and were very happy with our purchase. When we got home, we noticed the shirt was too small, the boots were too tight, and the pants had a stitching flaw, so we returned the very next day for an exchange as we were told we could. Jorge was quick to help and truly went above and beyond. He offered alternative shirt options since the exact size wasn't in stock and brought out multiple boxes of boots until he found a size that worked for us. Unfortunately, another staff member interrupted and made the experience uncomfortable by giving excuses and making us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable, when we were only trying to exchange items that didn't fit or had a flaw. She said he wasn't even suppose to be swapping our shirts and the size we need is "custom" (they had the next size up, just the only shirt they had was dirty) so she was basically making up excuses because they didn't have what we needed in stock. At that point, I was ready to return the stuff and ask for a refund just to avoid the hassle but then we saw Jorge coming with a pile of boxes of boot sizes he found, pretty positive the ones we got were for the ivory set (which is gorgeous btw) but I'm just glad we found something that fit my son. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Jorge and all his efforts. Carlos and Jorge were amazing, and I really appreciate their help. I just wish the overall experience had matched the great customer service they provided. I had planned to buy a cape add-on ($65), a customizable sash ($20) and more guest figurines ($1 each wholesale), but the interaction made me want to leave quickly so I just skipped that part. We've gone multiple times for baptisms and communion and we have always been greeted and helped. the other times we were helped by ladies , once an older , and then the other times were just a variety of young ladies and all were as kind and helpful as Jorge and Carlos unfortunately I did not ask their names but my family and I have gone multiple times now . J& J is definitely my families go to store.

Thank you, George for making this experience a memorable one.

We were downtown looking for a flower girl dress for my daughter and we rounded a corner and saw an…read moreamazing amount of tulle pouring forth from the front door of their shop. As we approached I quickly realized we were walking into a fairy garden of dresses full of little girl dreams and magic. Then I freaked out thinking the dress would be way out of my budget as we were told they are all one of a kind creations. I tell ya, they had my daughter in one of those dresses faster than I could blink and when she saw herself in a gorgeous mountain of tulle and flowers she lit up like a Christmas tree. There was no saying "no" to that face. I snapped a pic texted it to my sister(the future bride) and made sure she was ok with my daughter stealing the day in her amazing little dress. We walked out of there with the most beautiful dress, one I could never have imagined. I paid a fair price, meaning they are well crafted and I don't mind paying for quality. So while it was not cheap, it was worth it and I wouldn't change anything about it after seeing my daughters face in that dress. Some other yelpers mention the customer service, I will say that we had a great experience. I found the saleswoman we worked with(and i believe it was the owner if i remember right) to be very nice, not pushy, but she is in a sales role and you have to respect that is how she makes money. She sold us on also buying a matching headband but it was normal upselling. We had a great experience and I have gone on to recommend them to others many times.

I believe her name was Fanny. She was awesome and she helped me choose the right outfit. I did not get their package deal since all I needed was just the suit. So after some careful consideration, I finally bought the 5 piece suit and she included the shoes for only $40. What a deal!! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a Baptism, first communion, or quinceanera outfits because the customer service is excellent and the prices are affordable.
