BUYER BEWARE: Never again! The bottom color of the dress received is completely different than what is shown is pictured. The top color was only a shade off from what was pictured, while the bottom was 10+ shades off. Instead of out being a bright pink, it arrived a lavender pink. Seller would not budge in allowing for return, even though I sent them a picture showing them the major difference from what was advertised on their site. This was a case for bait and switch. Placed an order at 12:11 on a Friday and the three dresses arrived on Saturday. Just in time for a special event on Sunday. I didn't expect the dresses to get here that fast. Everything was well packed. I knew the brand (Jerry's) because I had ordered before so I knew my size. Two of the dresses were on sale (expensive for a child's dress, but not too expensive for a special occasion dress for an adult). Because I was over the 30 day return window, they did not offer any options for refund or exchange. Splurged $80 on this dress! Also, I attempted to review the poor dress quality online (in order to prevent others from making the same mistake), and my review was never posted to the website. Great inventory of formal wear yet their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered two flower girl dresses for my granddaughters to wear to a family wedding. They arrived on time and looked and fit well. I kept the dresses at my home in the bag for safekeeping until the wedding. However, upon arrival to the wedding ceremony a little over a month later, I noticed (before the ceremony even began) that one of the dresses was falling apart. The entire hem became detached as well as the waistline of the dress. My daughter quickly undressed her daughter in the bathroom ,found a needle and thread and began trying to tack the dress together so her daughter could walk down the aisle. By the end of the night the dress was a mess. We had no issues with my other granddaughter's dress. When I called Pink Princess to complain, they told me it was over the 30 day return period and they would not offer me a refund. I explained that I ordered the dresses early to have make sure of the fit and leave room for returns if necessary (not expecting the dress to fall apart) but they would not budge. I asked if they would provide me with the name of the vendor that made the dress (which was on the tag but I could not locate on the internet) but they refused. I am very disappointed, not only with the product but especially with their customer service. I am not someone who routinely writes negative reviews but this has been bothering me and I wanted to warn other potential customers. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The first time ever writing a review, but the rude "manager" got to me. I ordered a children's ice skating jacket through Amazon and it was fulfilled by Pink Princess. The jacket was made by Mondor, and I paid $125 for it. Loved the jacket, daughter tried it on once and then wore it to one skating practice during which the zipper came unraveled from the bottom and no longer could be zipped. For $125 it should at least last through 1 practice. Manager said since I admitted she wore it to practice, it was not able to be exchanged, she was extremely rude, accusatory and offered no helpful resolution whatsoever. I went straight to Mondor, the maker of the jacket, and their customer service was amazing!! Super friendly and shared that they have a policy with Pink Princess for any damaged goods. She said the manager should have accepted my return and Mondor would have replaced it with no loss to Pink Princess. They didn't have the jacket in stock, so instead she sent me a brand new zipper from Canada to California and paid for a local tailor to replace it. Amazing customer service, above and beyond! It is remarkable what a friendly attitude and helpful customer service can do for business, I am thankful I didn't have to spend another $125 just to hope it lasts through a full practice. I will definitely order Mondor but never again through Pink Princess. Funny how the maker of the jacket and the company I purchased through Amazon, both would accept the return/exchange in a heart beat, but the needless "middle man", pink princess led with a rude attitude. read more

My daughter is a Flower Girl in my cousin's wedding. Unfortunately, I left the ordering till late, about 2 weeks before the wedding. Many online stores did not have the dress in stock, as the dress was recently discontinued. Luckily for me, Pink Princess had it. I placed the online order on Wednesday night, they shipped it on Thursday and I received it on Friday. Shipping was free too (I live in Los Angeles so the free ground shipping took one day :-) )! Be careful ordering from here. I ordered shoes and they were to big so I returned them and reordered a smaller size. They also did not fit. I tried to return them however I had to pay for the return shipping because they already sent a pre-paid label in the past 30 days. Basically you will end up paying $15 extra if the size is not correct. Customer service doesn't care to help you either. It is hard to purchase stuff online and returning them should be easier and cost effective. read more
