I have reached out to Karen several times in the past year to be told "she's too busy" (we were literally asking for one framed print of my own photo), or to receive no response at all which speaks volumes to how this business is run. We've been trying to get one framed print for a YEAR at this point. Clearly she doesn't mind basically stealing money from our family who paid for the gift card that she has NO intention of honoring. Honestly, you're better off getting your own prints and buying a frame from Michael's because you'll probably get the same quality anyway. Literally 0 stars if I could. It felt a little cold - rather than the old homey hallmark. They had a decent selection of items after Christmas but it'll be interesting to see post holiday, the merchandising that they do with the new setup. The staff was very pleasant and I was able to score a lot of great deals post Christmas! I usually stock up very very early in the season as soon as the items come out and then again afterward. Luckily it looks like the card selection hasn't diminished.
