From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this is a place created with intention and heart. I genuinely look forward to my weekly yoga class; it's a grounding pause in my week and something I prioritize because of how good it makes me feel. I also love checking the community announcements board to see what's new and what's happening. It really reinforces that this is more than a class or consignment store -- it's a village, that is invested in each persons personal growth. Cher is naturally such a caring and genuine person. She has a beautiful ability to make everyone feel valued, seen, and special. The way she holds space and uplifts is authentic and warm, and it makes all the difference. I cannot recommend Dragonfly Maternity enough for any expectant or seasoned parent -- it truly is such a special place. This was my first venture into a maternity store and I have to say I was not very impressed. The…read moresales associate seemed disinterested and did not smile at all. As someone who has worked in customer service for a very long time, I guess I've come to expect a certain level of warmth and hospitality, whether it be food service, retail or professional. She asked me what I was shopping for and I said jeans. She immediately walked over to a nearby rack and started pulling pairs of jeans off and loading me up. I had about six pairs in my arms when she started to lead me to the changing area. It was then that I noticed the price tag on the top pair...$235!!!! She had loaded me up with designer maternity jeans! I stopped in my tracks and said "whoa this is way too much! I wouldn't pay this much for a regular pair of jeans, much less ones I will only be wearing for a couple months!" At this she seemed somewhat annoyed and took the jeans from me and led me to the other side of the store where the jeans were priced between $40-$80. I thought it was incredibly presumptuous to assume that I could afford or that I would even want a $250 pair of jeans. I guess that once she realized I was a "commoner" she was no longer interested in assisting me. I shopped alone and brought items back and forth from the change area without any further interaction from the associates. I did end up getting a decent pair of jeans for about $50, but I won't be returning. It's incredibly rare that a store would leave such a negative impression on me as I'm pretty easy going and generally very understanding, but this one is now a no go in my books.

I stumbled upon ClothesHorse one day and thought I would check it out. The lady at the til greeted…read moreme and seemed quite nice. The store is packed with stuff! They had a good selection of jewellery, some pieces were really nice. I found a simple salt water pearl necklace for $19. There were some pashmina scarves in a corner of the store, for $29. I found some cute purple shoes for $25, I thought that was a bit much since they were a bit roughed up. It was hard to see the shoes because they were under the full clothing racks. I looked though the clothing and found that most of it was aimed toward older women. There were some nice belts, Micheal Kors for $30. Overall the prices were not that cheap, though most of the clothing seemed to be name brands. They only accept consignment by appointment, starting on specific dates for seasonal wear. You get 40% of the sale price. I would probably return to check out ClothesHorse again, but I wouldn't hurry back due to the prices.

You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. The worst mall I've ever been in! They make toddlers wait to get into their free play area, nothing…read morelike bringing babies to go play somewhere and they aren't allowed in for over an hour. We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. Also couldn't believe the people running the "customer service" station directly outside the closed off play area. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure. Won't even go to or order from any of the restaurants attached to this mall, keep up the horrible service
