After the scan was complete he brought me out. I have trouble setting from laying flat on my back due to back issues. The Tech held out his left hand. I took his hand and he jerked me up with complete force, my right leg flew up and I was almost side ways. It felt as if someone had stabbed with a knife in my lower back. I yelled ouch and said what the hell are you doing. He said he was helping me up. I said YOU HURT ME. I should not have continued with my right shoulder but I did. Afterwards and bringing me out I struggled to set and this SOB stood there and watched and did nothing. I spoke to Bill Robbins, the head of Radiology, No help at all and stood behind the Tech. Even today I have more pain in my lumbar than I have had before and pain in my left shoulder. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Since your entering a medical building wonder what they do if you do have temp or symptoms ... already wear mask and at a hospital. either way i had no temp or symptoms. I was able to park near the door and someone immediately asked if i needed help finding my location. They didn't make me wait got me right back and didn't wait in the room long at all. I have alot of confidence in the staff .. they come very highly recommended and I am hopeful they can help.

Incompetence or illegality at the highest level…read more Thomas Predey, MD of 'affordable medical imaging of Cincinnati, Ohio who told me that, "In 20 years of imaging he'd never seen an order for both a brain MRI and a neck and head MRI at the same time. Really? The receptionist told the couple in front of me that it would be 1 or 2 days before the results came in. I asked if they could be emailed and she told me no, probably for security reasons. So, imagine my surprise, when I arrived home in Columbus 2 hours later and flipped through my emails, head pounding, and found my 'results' had been sent to me 1 1/2 hours after shooting the MRI. Seriously, you can look through two patients before me and 600 images of me in under two hours? What a crock. Clearly this is not incompetence, but criminal behavior. So I emailed https://radiologyassist.com/ and sure enough the lady told me that he only shot the brain and it is not the problem. It is the neck and head for which I specifically went to Cincinnati to have them shoot. Radiologyassist.com did refund the second amount but that is little solace when you dying.

Very nice, new, and excellent staff…read more This place is very nice! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable during our stay. This place is very new and located away from the city so its not overrun. It was nice to be able to walk in and get immediate attention. The rooms that they put you in were large and private. We never felt like we were on display or rushed as we have been at other ER's. Thanks for all the great work, compassionate staff and excellent facility.
