We found this place on google maps and called ahead. The owner explained that our 40 ft box truck would fit in several of the spaces and we were welcome. We pulled in and the entire space was clean, well manicured and stunning. The owner helped us pick a spot we loved and we got set up. Unfortunately something was wrong with our truck and we couldn't get power on so we were not able to stay, she refunded our entire payment and invited us back anytime. Very very nice facility and owner!!!

They rang a bell to signal or remind everyone (in case you are on camp time) that a new activity is starting. A favorite among the kids were the slush puppies in the camp store. My kids, ages 11 and 13 survived even though there was no cell coverage. Do not depend on the campground's WiFi connection, if you can call it a connection. Definitely, need to upgrade that amenity. Our group of 4 families all had buddy sites together, which was very nice. Our site was on an incline and needed extra blocks for leveling but was still a good sized site. Would consider coming back for a short weekend stay but would tell my family back at home that we will be off the grid.

Couldn't make a connection so I was unable to work any of the days I was there. yes - we are camping but I brought my Mac book depending on being able to work. Couldn't use regular service or hot spot because there was no signal. Suggest investing in a more robust internet service/connection. The kids had a great time with everything. Pool, bounce pillow, DJ both Saturday and Sunday evenings. Sites are standard. Wouldn't say tight or spacious- just regular. Did take a walk on the trails which I was able to see a deer and rabbit on the trails with me. Friendly staff.

The family dog, Mayzie, greeted us upon arrival and was an instant friend and model hostess! The separate guest house is spacious and cozy, with a wood burning stove, living room and large kitchen on the first floor, and two queen/king beds and two singles on the second floor, so great for families. The grounds are gorgeous, with family horses roaming and rolling fields. The location is great--red newt winery is in walking distance and the Seneca Wine Trail right off Tichenor Road. Wonderful stay, can't wait to get back!

stayed here in sept 2012 for a girls weekend. the finger lakes are beautiful this place was not. we…read morestayed in a renovated barn ( i use term renovated loosely) the place was just plain filthy the toilet had not been cleaned for quite some time, the kitchen had mousetraps set in large gaps underneath the counters. there were mouse droppings in the toasters, the coffee pot had old dried coffee in it, some of the cabinets were taped closed with masking tape because they didn't close, upon opening the cabinets we found old paint cans, a variety of drills, old christmas decorations etc. looked like the place was used as a garage instead of a kitchen. in addition to that there was miscellaneous junk stashed and stuffed in every corner, a large vat of what appeared to be cooking oil, breast pads and half empty water bottles in bureau drawers the fridge was dirty with crumbs, spills and leftover food from previous renters. when we awoke afer our first night the mice had eaten our breakfast. they had chewed through bags of bagels, bread and danish, they left droppings in our wine glasses. when i contacted the owner regarding these issues she replied that we were charged a modest price for modest accomodations and refused to give us any compensation. we were charged $115 per night for a filthy barn infested with mice. she said it was cozy and rustic. i am a well traveled person both here in the us and abroad. i've stayed on working farms before, cozy and rustic i expect but there is no such thing as charmingly filthly. i've stayed in nicer tents .don't stay here you'll be wasting your modestly hard earned cash.

The campground is wide open with a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so quite and peaceful even though it's not very private. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked and the host was around even day checking on things. She was wonderful! We loved our stay and our campsite. Can't wait to be back!
