Even though the store didn't have them they got them sent to this location. When picked them up still great customer service and very helpful. I typically order my ejuice from Vegas but decide to try something new and local everything was great the first few times I have gone in to buy more ejuice. The juice is great but the arrogant and extremely rude boys behind the counter have now soured the taste and I'll be ordering from Vegas again. Should have just stuck with PINK spot never have had rude treatment out of them in person, on the phone or with shipping. They appreciate their customers.

When I later opened the cartridge, it was defective, leaking and completely unusable. I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.
