This place just came up as recommended wen I was searching for a repair facility. Fortunately for…read moreme, unfortunately for my kid, I knew all about these wanna-be mechanics from a few years back. Long story short - their head mechanic didn't know how to check oil properly on her Nissan crossover? (name escapes me) Three times in the shop and they tell her the oil is over full. I go in, act dumb and ask if they could show me how to check the oil since I got blamed for it anyway "your dad is over filling it" Stooge pulls dip stick and proclaims "see overfill again by twice" Me - "flip that dip stick over" Dude had no words because the other side had NOTHING on it because they drained 5 quarts the day before because "it was overfilled" I promptly asked the gentleman "if you toss a stick in a bucket of oil, is it possible to only get oil on one side of said stick?" Note: these cars/engines have an oil drain back hole directly above the dip stick which covers it with oil several inches up the stick, on one side. Even a moron knows to wipe the stick and reinstall to check and look at both sides. A not-so-certified village idiot should know these cars are best checked after they have sat awhile, regardless this poor village idiot was happy to run out 5 minutes after we arrived and check it without ever having a towel in mind. Way to go imbecile. Needless to say, it never left the place and the motor was hammering because they told her to run it and I want putting oil in it again for them to blame me for overfilling. A few days later we stopped in and find in an attempt to get the warranty co to pay for a motor, they blew it up. The one lucky actually told us what they were doing. Obviously totally oblivious to the fact he was saying they were trying to commit insurance fraud. Good luck if you go here or if, like my kid, AutoMax sends you here because their shop is backed up. These geniuses will fix your vehicle right up like Dewey, Cheatum & Howe, attorneys at law would fix you up on legal issues. Well, that statement isn't fair. The 3 stooges deserve more credit than that when it comes to being lawyers.

I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us! I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price. While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.

D&L was the first to respond and presented the options very well to me. When we took the VW to D&L, they were very thorough in checking it out and made it clear that the quality issues were not the radio or speakers, but the bluetooth capability. We opted to replace the radio and add a back-up camera to provide better rear view visibility. D&L set the date for the work on the spot and when we provided the car that day, promptly started the work. Exceptional Experience with Jason Kramer at Maguire Ford!…read more Our granddaughter, Alexandra, spotted a truck she absolutely loved on Maguire Ford's website on Sunday. Unfortunately, it was located at their Hershey dealership, and we weren't sure how difficult it would be to get it transferred. I submitted an inquiry to the Duncannon location, and Jason Kramer contacted us almost immediately on Monday. From that first conversation, his customer service was outstanding. He offered to arrange for the truck to be brought from Hershey to Duncannon, have it cleaned and ready, and schedule a test drive for Alexandra after work on Tuesday. When we arrived Tuesday evening, Jason had everything prepared and even placed a hold tag on the truck so no one else could purchase it before Alexandra had a chance to see it. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us. Alexandra was especially excited about the Ford Maverick Hybrid because of its impressive fuel economy. Finding a truck that combines practicality, comfort, and great gas mileage isn't easy, and Jason helped make that dream a reality. His knowledge and dedication gave us confidence that she was making the right choice. The test drive went great, we completed the paperwork, and Alexandra picked up her truck Thursday evening after work. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond every step of the way. He was professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in making sure Alexandra found the right vehicle. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jason exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Jason Kramer. He made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you, Jason, for helping make Alexandra's truck-buying experience such a memorable one!
