I've heard about this place from friends and, by their recommendation, I had to eat here with a group. There was a night where my friends and I were having a bad week and we all agreed that there is only one cure: Korean Barbecue! So, it was the perfect time to try this place out.
Now, just to manage your expectations, the restaurant is quite dingy and not too clean. But, that is what you expect from any legit Korean restaurant in Manila, right? If you're in need for an ALL-meat grill buffet, this is the place to be. Have a Korean barbecue craving at 2AM? Ba-Be-Q are open until 4AM. Basically, they have all the bases covered for a good Korean meat sweat experience. Banchans are good. You get complimentary Steamed Egg and Pa Muchim (Korean green onion salad).
They have 2 options for the buffet: Php 399 is EAYC Boneless Chicken Barbecue (Pinoy style) + Pork Belly; Php599 is EAYC Boneless Chicken, Pork Belly, Beef Belly and Beef Bulgogi. Both buffets include one bowl of rice and soup. In my opinion, go for the Php599 buffet but, just focus on the Beef Belly + Beef Bulgogi. I was not a fan of the Boneless Chicken because it was on the sweet side and took too long to cook. So, by the time it was good to eat, I was too full to eat the chicken.
If you just want to feed your meat cravings on a late night with friends (with a bottle of Soju or beer), go here! Absolutely, SULIT! :D read more
