When we broke down this Saturday morning, AAA was going to tow us somewhere with concerning…read morereviews. Thanks to Yelp, we quickly found Fix To Go Auto Care Center as a much better alternative. Fix To Go's recent Yelp reviews were very good! So we quickly changed plans with AAA, and called ahead, explaining to Manager Bacardi the situation. He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! Soon we were confidently back on the road with new starter and brake pads. We are so thankful to the team at Fix To Go Auto Care Center for being honest and skillful mechanics in our time of need.

I brought my car to Southern Tire after finding a nail in my run-flat tire. Given the tire type and…read morethe location (south Tampa) , I honestly expected to be told I needed a brand-new tire. Instead, they confirmed it was an easy repair and charged only $50--almost unheard of in today's economy. The service went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, they had even washed it and removed paint from the front end left after an unintended acceleration incident involving my garage door a few months earlier. I had previously taken the car to Wesley Chapel BMW--now part of Morgan Auto Group--for an inspection, and they did not remove the paint. Southern Tire was honest, reasonably priced, and provided exceptional service. I would recommend them 1,000%.

After 2 hours of having the car in the back they told her they started doing the repair even though they told her it would be done shortly at the hour mark. Apparently they had time to do an inspection because they had the nerve to try and upsell her on an air filter when we just came for the tire repair. She waited there for almost 3 hours for a 30 minute job while someone else who dropped their car off after my wife had their job completed before hers was done. Seems like common sense to prioritize the appointments, especially when they are in your waiting room. Next time we'll take it to Super Dave's. Much quicker and better service overall.
