I had my ear speaker replaced however they didn't mention to me that doing so makes FACE ID not work. Unfortunately this is a company phone which my company apps need FACE ID to open. After I realized it no longer worked I asked Nick about it and he said sorry that should have been told to you. I told him I would have to come back to get the old speaker put back in, when I arrived another gentleman was there and knew nothing about it. He contacted Nick who told him he threw it away, but I told him my last communication with Nick was I'd be back. To bad so sad now I no longer have FACE ID, looks like my company is out the $80 plus now they have to get me a new phone.

Took my daughter's tablet twice for same problems. Both times was told they were waiting on a part…read moreordered. Finally after a little over 2 weeks was told they couldn't fix it. Told they would only give a portion of the money back. Went to get it and husband was told he'd have to come back the next day because they didn't have the $40 to give him. Husband took it to a man who works on radios and the man fixed it in one day. He said they never replaced the part and as soon as you open it up they haven't even soldered 3 places that were suppose to be soldered. That was just wrong to do a customer that way. We had no way of knowing what the did or didn't do. Will not recommend this business at all.
