I had my ear speaker replaced however they didn't mention to me that doing so makes FACE ID not work. Unfortunately this is a company phone which my company apps need FACE ID to open. After I realized it no longer worked I asked Nick about it and he said sorry that should have been told to you. I told him I would have to come back to get the old speaker put back in, when I arrived another gentleman was there and knew nothing about it. He contacted Nick who told him he threw it away, but I told him my last communication with Nick was I'd be back. To bad so sad now I no longer have FACE ID, looks like my company is out the $80 plus now they have to get me a new phone.

Husband took it to a man who works on radios and the man fixed it in one day. He said they never replaced the part and as soon as you open it up they haven't even soldered 3 places that were suppose to be soldered. That was just wrong to do a customer that way. There was one moment where trouble encountered on the corporate end, and he called them and talked it out to fix it so that I didn't have to! He put our cases and screen protectors on for us as well. He was very friendly, engaged in casual chat with myself and my children. No one in this store made me feel like I was a bother or causing a scene with my children who had to tag along. I love the team here and I'm very glad they were here to help. Ginger was also filling in for someone today, and she also engaged in wonderful conversations with us and laughed with my kids! 10/10 experience and I will return every time from now on.
