The work was professional, clean, and completed ahead if time. Ryan called for back up when I asked if he could come back to "re set" 2 toilets. It got done the same day as the softner install. In fact, they both finished about the same time. I can not stress enough how great the techs were! I am a costumer for life due to the affordability and quality of their products and installs. Thank you Ryan, Seth, and Jake! And thank you Amy for working with us.

They came back out and shimmed the joists again. They never told me that I didn't have insulation in the problem area or a vapor barrier. Now I'm having my floors replaced and I can see their work. One set of blocking is not even under the joists. I called them today and questioned them about it. I was told that they don't warranty their work.! My problem is they didn't make the repair correctly. Tempers flared up on the phone and they are not very professional.! They ripped off a 65yr old man for $3,400. They didn't even offer any refund or to come back and make the correct repairs..! NOT HAPPY..!

Last time they showed up right on time...good thing we were ready to receive them! This father/son team (there's another brother who was here last time) got right to work cleaning both chimney and dryer vent. As previously was the case, we received honest and straightforward service, pricing and explanatory feedback from the first moment. They also stopped what they were doing as soon as they noticed a problem they were not even looking for. Specifically, the flue liner had a crack/hole in it which would make further use of the fireplace TOTALLY unsafe. They documented the whole thing and didn't even charge me a single cent for the fireplace work, despite having started the cleaning. I was charged very reasonably for the dryer flue, which was somewhat dirty/filled with lint but not dangerously so. They further advised me of an issue regarding the dryer vent. Long story short, I've used these folks before and once the chimney is deemed safe for use I know I'll use 'em again! They didn't like being the bearer of bad news anymore than I liked receiving it. However I totally appreciate the absolutely fantastic service this family run business provides. Thanks Olde World!!

FOUR times we have been impressed and very satisfied customers of Pasco Window & Door…read more The first time we were greeted enthusiastically by Joe in the showroom who explained their vinyl window services and storm door selections, prices and installation services. We felt welcomed and were provided all the information we needed in a clear and straightforward manner. Then we brought two windows in from our lanai for fresh vinyl and in just a couple hours they called and said they were ready, and they looked great! Then, Jeremy came out to measure our lanai storm door for replacement, and while he was here he replaced three panels of vinyl windows on site.... And did a great job with the three. Finally, today Jeremy returned to remove the old lanai door and install a new door, and threshold. He really knows what he's doing and cares a lot about the quality of his work. He is professional, is meticulous, and takes initiative to finish each task he's working on, with precision and pride. Very.skilled, I would highly recommend him on doors AND windows installation, and we are very happy Pasco Window and Door customers!
