I did a bit of research & finally decided to use Suncoast closets. I am so glad I did. I made an appointment for the owner John Wisner to come check out my kitchen cabinets & a very large walk in closet. Not only is John the owner, designer & installer. Wow how often does that happen. The knowledge he has was very impressive. His quote was right on. I had a budget & he stuck to it. He didn't try to upsell me anything that I didn't need. He gave me a timeline and everything turned out wonderful. I have since hired Suncoast Closets to come back for 2 more closets. Suncoast closets are now doing 3 of my neighbors closets. I am thinking about an outside kitchen next. Don't hesitate to hire Suncoast closets. I am so very glad I did. My neighbors are as well. 5 plus stars to Suncoast closets, a great family business.

Farrell Plumbing - Simply the Best!…read more September 29, 2025 - Hands down, simply the best. My kitchen sink drain pipes kept leaking on and off. The original kitchen sink setup existed before Farrell came and did my complete retrofit of all of the plumbing in my home. In typical Florida home fashion, that sink setup was a convoluted mess and would continually leak no matter how often it was tightened. Called Farrell Plumbing to see if they could fix this mess and send Mark over to look at it. Professional and very nice young man, Mark, took one look at it and saw the issue was with the gaskets and showed me why it kept leaking. He additionally looked at the original setup and saw a more workable solution, made the replacement features and shortly I hear the sound of running water with no leaks in sight. Mark's plumbing observation and skills saw a workable solution that also provided more room under the sink. When I requested the invoice, Mark shared that his boss said, this is close to the warranty for the retrofit work so no charge. I was GOBSMACKED. Never expected this. Again, I cannot say enough about the work ethic and skills of this family owned business. Thank you yet again, Farrell Plumbing.

I would never recommend this company for septic services. What was supposed to be a two-day septic…read moretank replacement job took 3 weeks. The owner lied to my face about an issue with the drain field. I had it on camera that they hit the drain field while digging for the septic tank when they never should have been digging in that area in the first place and ended up digging up almost my entire front yard in the process because they had to move the septic and drainfield due to failing multiple inspections. They kept trying to change aspects of the job which contradicted the contract that they wrote and signed. Had I not had cameras watching them, they could have swindled me out of $6k for their mistake. They did end up finishing the job and put seed down to fill the grass back in but the entire process was a nightmare.
