We have used Hauck for years but recently we really needed them. We had a leak. They came out repaired the leak and we scheduled them to re-pipe the entire house. They did a terrific job at a reasonable price. Thank you read more

Used them for years, owner is nasty n rude, lost my family's business .. time for him to retire..called to repair running toilet, he brought an new one to install without even stepping in our home to check the toilet we had . All it needed was new replacement parts verses him wanting to charge over $400 for a new one. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible, Many issues, first late from the start, multi excuses. Don't make the mistake and use them. Zach talks so much crap has no idea. He's so loud and clueless. He changed the price higher and higher, they did not have parts with them and rescheduled leaving us no water overnight and did not show or call next day. very unprofessional so disappointed, read more

Multiple issues with this company from not returning calls, being lates (4 hours) from the time we were told, leaving plumbers tape in our pipes causing our drains not to work, getting solder on our bathroom floor, and many other issues. Left the job and did not come to finish we had to call them to come back. When the plumber showed up he was visibly angry and frustrated that he had to complete the work which consisted of going under our home. He proceded to put a kitchen drain in our bathtub. It got to the point my husband did not ask him to finish because he was so angry we were not sure what else he would sabotage. Basically if you hire this plumber all I can say is good luck. read more

I have been a customer of Hauck for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable. And they always go above and beyond for us. read more

Called and left a message with their service and never got a call back. Used them 15 years ago and was very happy. Perhaps there are some issues with the owner. I was forced to call another service read more

Not happy. Scheduled a new install of a dishwasher a week ago. They scheduled me for today at Noon. One o'clock, no show. Called them, "He's just cleaning up a job. Be there soon"......2:20, no show. Called them, " We are running behind, be there soon". Arrival, 3:30. Took two hours to install the dishwasher, plus two other small jobs that I needed done. One didn't get fixed, after I was told this is a quick fix. Just disappointed. I have used them once before and everything went great. Hesitant to use Hauck again. read more

Extremely happy! They were fast, great quality work and affordable. After dealing with my home warranty for 4 days, Select Home Warranty which by the way is the worst, they disapproved my claim for a light fixture and I told them it's a LEAK in the kitchen sink. I was to stressed to deal with this rip off company, after arguing with them for 4 days so I called around to about 8 other plumber companies in the Tampa Bay area. None would give me an estimate over the phone, even after I told them I have a leak in the faucet and I have already purchased the faucet I just need a plumber to install it. Hauck Master Plumbers was the only company that called me back and gave me a quote over the phone. I should have skipped the home warranty company and called Hauck Plumbers... I would have had my sink back up and running by Monday. Very appreciative of your fast quality service! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!! My 75 year old father used this company loyally for ten years. He recently ordered a bidet toilet and hired Hauck Master Plumbers for install. Hauck Master Plumbers not only broke this expensive bidet toilet beyond repair, but come to find out this company charged my 75 year old father, who is also a veteran, $400 to break his toilet. I immediately expressed concern that in all my years I had NEVER had a plumber charge me just to diagnose and definitely not to break a toilet. My father called and spoke with Hauck Master Plumbers and they came to an agreement to refund my father $200 in the form of a check. They NEVER sent the money back. Ed Hauck Master Plumbers are run by liars and thieves. They took advantage of my elderly father, lied, and stole from him. I have never been so disgusted. This is not how the elderly or veterans of this country deserve to be treated. BEWARE! read more

God bless Hauck Master Plumbers and their family. After making the mistake of purchased a bank owned property, I soon discovered that this newly purchased house had some serious infrastructure problems. Hauck not only fixed my plumbing issues but they also restored my faith in humanity. After a parade of worthless plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians I pretty much gave up on this house and every contractor in Florida. Prior to finding Hauck plumbers, I had three plumbing companies fail to property fix my well pump and plumbing issues. Despite not being able to fix my plumbing, these companies were more then happy to take my money and run. Worthless thieves they were. Hauck Master Plumbers were professional from start to finish. Beginning with the wonderful and professional operators to the plumbers that arrived on time and did a great job. Not only were they outstanding plumbers but they are also wonderful people. I enjoyed our conversations and the education that I received from all of you during both visits . I just wanted to thank all of you for your patience with me during my unique and stressful situation. I will never be able to express to all of you how much you have helped me in my time of need but please know that you did more then just get water running in my house, you also restored my faith in humanity. Thank you again for your professionalism and compassion regarding my situation. I feel that I finally found an honest plumbing company in Florida and also friends for life. Hauck Master Plumbers is a family owned business that exemplifies strong family values. To anyone who reads this, I absolutely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. read more

Think twice before hiring this company. We were quoted $1600 to install a new drain field for our septic system being told it could be done begun in a couple days. They arrive at the house with no permit and if we choose to go with the permit (which is the county code) it would then cause the price to go in to the $5000-ish range... Excuse me? I pull permits daily and it does not cost anywhere close to an additional $5k to get this type of permit to be obtained. We were getting charged an additional $3400 to wait for the permit... read more

Today was one of those day's where it started out with an easy plumbing job, all I can say Hauck pumbing and the people they have are second to none. Found myself with no water to the whole house and Wayne the gentlemen who was on call was great and extremely helpful and knowledgeable put our lives at easy Thanks again to Hauck plumbing read more

Where do I start? I am flipping a large home in the area. I scheduled Hauck five times over 10 weeks. All appointments were made with Mark Sr. (owner) and were set for a two hour window. For three of the five appointments, the plumber arrived hours later than the agreed upon window. For the second appointment, they actually never showed up at all. When I called to ask why, Mark Sr. said that the got behind and I needed to reschedule. Really? No phone call, no nothing. The third time the plumber (Zack) arrived two hours later than the window. He said he was sent to another job before me. Again, the blame was put on Mark Sr. (owner) for the scheduling issue. Yesterday, I had an appointment window between 9-11 am. The plumber (Mark Jr...who does great work when he is here), arrived at 12:30 when I was leaving for another activity. When I asked why he was so late, his reply was "my dad does the scheduling and we just go where we are told". Really? Given it was the third time they were late (out of only five appointments), I decided that Hauck does not respect their customer's time and activities. So I fired them. I then called Continental Plumbing. Found out that their prices are the same as HAcuk. But, they use software and technology to schedule, dispatch, track via GPS, and invoice. After I called them, the plumber showed up within 30 minutes. He did the work perfectly in 40 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Use Continental as opposed to Hauck. You will be glad you did. read more

Mark came out and bid the job, actually several different plumbing jobs that we needed to have done. Since it would take the greater part of a day to complete them all, and he would need a second plumber for part of it, he made an appointment for the following week. Mark showed up on the day he said he would and completed the entire job that same day. Replacing the 16 year old water heater took a lot more time and effort than he expected as the floor under the water heater needed to be rebuilt. He even replaced part of the bricks in the "skirt" that he not not even removed. So when he left everything looked clean and neat. Not only that, despite the extra work, he only charged us his original bid amount. All in all a professional job completed at a fair and honest bid price. Thank you Mark. read more

Zero stars. 700 hundred bucks and still toilet backup.. Sold two toilets with nothing wrong with them. I Was loyal long time costomer, till I was send son. Big mistake on marks part. called and spoke to him to no avail. I'm gone. Never again. read more

Another job well done for me by Hauck plumbing. My water heater that they installed 4 years ago went out, they tried to repair it but couldn't find the part needed, they didn't want to leave me without hot water so they replaced it with a new upgraded one (the old was under warranty) with no charge to me other than labor. I'm very satisfied! read more

AMAZING!!! I don't know where to begin. These Mark Jr. and Sr. and brother Bob are professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, committed, thorough, timely, they CLEAN up after themselves and the list goes on. I just had my house repiped and they did impeccable work. When I arrived home, my house looked as good as it did when I left and the job was quite extensive. Again, AMAZING!! We are beyond pleased with their work! Thank you Hauck Master Plumbers!!! read more

My mother lives in NPR and can not really deal with the day to day needs to take care of her utility repairs. I take care of this for her from NY. I've been dealing with Hauck Master Plumbers for the past 3-4 years at least and have ALWAYS gotten fast service from them and have NEVER felt they've been taking advantage of our situation by overbilling. In fact, I find their charges to be more than fair but don't tell them. I wont. On my last trip there I went by their offices to introduce myself and put a face(s) to the voices I've dealt with. Offices not much but who cares about that. Always nice to deal with. read more
