I haven't tried their yoga classes yet, but I was going there almost every week for their arts/craft workshop (ie. candle workshop). Seriously, it's so super therapeutic for me. Aside from yoga and arts/craft workshop, they have tarot readings in a separate room across from the restroom. The owner is super cool and nice. Her and all of her staffs are always helpful with good energy, too. One of the reasons why I gravitate towards that place, lol. Each time I'm there, I ended up purchasing something--plants, crystals, rings, essential oils, etc. They have super cute things and I cannot resist, but to buy something :) I spend a good amount of time just browsing and it's the most joyful feeling. Lastly, there is ample parking outside at the lot; and a restroom inside the store.

The other vendors had a great selection of goodies, and I wanted to get a little of everything... definitely want to purchase their products at a later time. We paid for a hotel room to be able to make the early morning flight, to be able to make the "mandatory orientation" in Salmon the night before the retreat. We paid for an additional "package" to cover all flights and hotels from Boise to Boise. After sitting in the Jet Port for 3 hours we were able to find out that the orientation is not mandatory for us. After reviewing all materials, it is clear there is conflicting information and lack of ability to talk to anyone in a timely manner. Can't comment on the actual rafting trip.

I took their 60-minute HOT Stretch class - space element with Julie and it was soooooo good. I always feel like I get such a good stretch when in a warmed room and this class did not disappoint. It wasn't a super demanding class, most of the poses were seated and laying down although we did do some standing poses towards the end of class. I brought my own towel and a towel for my mat as well. I don't know if they provide towels, but if they do they weren't visibly displayed. Excited to come back here!

When my credit card was charged in August, I was given a refund and told the wrong cancelation date was entered and had since been corrected. I trusted my membership would be canceled and I would not need to worry about double checking that Hotworx followed through on their promise. Last night I checked my credit card account and found I was charged for September, October, and November for $63.28 EACH of those months on the 1st totaling $189.84. I have been charged for a service I canceled, at a location that is very inconvenient for me to visit. I need to be refunded and I need to be ensured Hotworx deletes my credit card number. I honestly think my July should also be refunded or prorated and am very frustrated. This e-mail is this is the sixth method I have used to try to contact the company since yesterday when I noticed I am still being charged. I have sent several texts, e-mails, and left voice mails and no one is responding to me. I also have documentation of submitting my two-month cancelation in May and have correspondence with the manager about my cancelation. You can find my contact information by listening to the several voicemails or reading the e-mails and texts I have sent. I will delete/edit my review once I am refunded the amount owed to me.
