    Smoothie was pretty good! The order process was fast but the wait was a bit slow and the lobby area was kinda dirty and not well stocked. I'd probably return if I was in the airport again but I probably wouldn't order food.

    I know there's the full restaurant in Boston but this one is the airport one. I like that they have veggie options and their veggie burger was really good. I saw some options at the full service restaurant I'd like to try too.

    This review is specifically for breakfast. If you're in Logan Terminal B for a morning flight, you'll quickly discover that the places you'd expect, namely Dunkin and Starbucks, have huge lines. B.Good is an acceptable option. Their breakfast menu is limited to only a few things, but they are made fresh and not frozen/microwaved/assembled. The taste will be a little different for the breakfast sandwich, as it's on a cooked biscuit of some sort, and there will be a little kick to it. The coffee is strong and hot. It does take a little longer for your sandwich to be made, but compared to the length of time you're NOT waiting in line, it's worth it.

    Got the chicken bacon chipolte sandwich today. It was more dry than the deserts dick. Excuse my french .

I do not have any intention to harm a business, however, I do feel it is important to share my experience today. My friend and I came in today to grab coffee and a bagel on our way into school. We are teachers are were coming in on a Sunday to prep for school being out for the next 6 weeks. When my friend placed the order, there was a guy behind the counter that was talking to his friend and very distracted. I had to repeat my order a few times. Two Egg and cheese on a bagel and coffee. I get to school, take a bite of my sandwich and it has has bacon. I am allergic to Bacon, and decide To call them to let them know if the mistake. We call and right away the guy on the other line thinks we are lying. He insists (with an attitude) that he made the sandwiches right. He then says that it was someone else who messes up. We remind him that he was distracted and had to repeat our order. We ask for a refund and says that we will have to bring him the sandwich so he can see, because he doesn't believe us. He also says that Maritza left for the day so we will have to come back tomorrow. We finish our work at school and on our way back, go inside and there is no one there. "Hello!??! Hello?!! " nothing. We are about to leave and the guy comes in from the outside. We show him the sandwich (he then hangs up on his personal call... apparently he is a social butterfly) . He then says that we should have made sure that he made the sandwiches right. He eventually called Maritza and returned the money in cash. By that point we had some awkward turtle moments because a few customers had come in to witness this made speaking to us, so rudely. I cannot cannot believe that we are in a situation where COVD-19 is hurting businesses, and you would consider treating a customer in such a poor manner. We just wanted to grab breakfast and go. If I wanted someone to be rude to me, I would call my sister, who charges nothing for her tude. Never again, Mellos.
