I was expecting Robert, but my technician was Alex, who seemed knowledgeable. The quoted price for repairs was slightly more than I expected/hoped, but it seemed honest. While he said they'd be happy to do the repairs, he also suggested purchasing a new fridge, since this one is quite old. I just had the BEST experience with this company! This morning, I put in request for a bid to come out and look at my HVAC control panel that wasn't working. First, I got a response within seconds. Second, they came out the same day at 3:00. Third, even though the window was 3:00-5:00, they came at 3:10 (so no waiting). Fourth, they did NOT charge a fee for the initial visit to diagnose the problem. The other companies wanted $85/$95 for the visit. Fifth, even though it involved some work to find the problem, they did NOT charge me to fix it!! Lastly, I asked if they could replace my filters while they were here, they did it within like 10 minutes for an extremely reasonable price! The repairman was Stanley and he was great. Customer service was great on the phone. But the bad side is that they only repair commercial freezer and refrigerator for certain brand only. Note: They don't service all brands. Pretty much none brand you can count them out. But this is good to know so don't have to waste anytime. Robert immediately answered my message and was able to come the next morning to look at my Refrigerator. It was not cooling in all areas, and he was able to diagnose fix problem which he changed the motor and the sensor. Five Stars for Robert! This is a much belated review of the excellent service I received from Robert. My samsung fridge died on a Tuesday night, called Robert at 7pm expecting his voicemail. He picked up (with family obviously talking/having dinner) and was ready to help. He said he could be out to my location the next day to take a look. When he came, he said he could not be sure, but believed I needed a new inverter that he would have to order. He ordered the part and received it the next day and came back to install. After installing, the fridge was still broken, and he diagnosed it as a likely compressor problem. Although it was something he could fix (for big $$), he advised me against it and to just buy a new fridge. All in all, Robert spent around 2 hours with me, ordered a new part (that was not useless), and charged me only 40 dollars total for the diagnosis. Robert has been out to my restaurant multiple times to trouble shoot my broken freezer and my ice maker. He's a wonderful guy, really easy to deal with, very reliable person and quality of work. He's a man of his words - he's had to come out and repair a faulty switch that was installed at least 3 times and all work has been done under warranty. He's never asked for money on warranty jobs or tried to up sell or blame the problem on someone else. Honesty is very hard to come by these days and I am glade I've ran into Robert. The night my freezer went out was a few weeks ago and it was during one of our worst heat waves yet - we were expecting 100 degree weather at minimum.
