When my old system broke, James and his team came out right away, walked me through the different options, and took the time to make sure I was choosing the right system for my home and my family. A few days later, they came back and completed the entire installation. The new system works great and is a huge improvement over what we had before. James and his team are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about doing the job right. It is easy to see why they have so many positive reviews. I would highly recommend 1st Choice to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or needing repairs on an existing one.

I received a competitively priced estimate from 1st Choice for a 5-ton Lennox heat-pump system…read more However, I decided not to proceed because the company refused to revise its initial estimate to include several important details and stated that the estimate would serve as the final contract. The proposal specified a variable-capacity heat pump even though we had discussed a two-stage system, but it did not clearly confirm how the equipment would operate with my existing zone control board. It also did not include the AHRI Reference Number needed to verify the exact system's certified efficiency, nor the requested surge protection. For a major HVAC installation, important equipment specifications and agreed-upon work should be clearly included in the written contract. Although the price was competitive, their unwillingness to revise the initial estimate left too much uncertainty for me to proceed.

They're consistently trustworthy, easy to work with, and always available when you need them. For the past year or so, we've primarily worked with Evan, who has been great. He's knowledgeable, straightforward, and someone you genuinely feel comfortable having in your home. Recently, we had an emergency on a Saturday evening, and Matt came out to help. He was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell anything we didn't need, which really stood out. We also recently completed a full system replacement, including a new AC unit, furnace, and all new ductwork. We took this seriously and got eight different quotes before making a decision. In the end, we chose to stay with Air Care, and we're glad we did. Brandon and Harvey handled the installation, and they were fantastic. They installed our new Trane heat pump system and completed all the ductwork. They were friendly, respectful of our space, and extremely thorough. They kept everything clean throughout the process and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Brandon even gave me his cell number and told me to reach out directly if anything came up, which speaks volumes about their level of service. All around, this is a team you can trust. Highly recommend Air Care to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC work.

An Incredible Company with an Incredible Heart…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Sano Plumbing Heating AC and its owner, Patrick Kelley, a Marine veteran. They do excellent work--they're fast, professional, respectful, and fairly priced. And on top of all that, we discovered firsthand the extraordinary heart behind this company. My husband of nearly 50 years, Ron, a proud Marine veteran, is battling stage IV pancreatic cancer. When our air conditioning failed during the summer heat, our niece reached out to the Marine Corps League. They listened to our story, stepped up to help, and connected us with Patrick Kelley, the owner of Sano Plumbing Heating AC and a true example of Marine kindness. Without the Marine Corps League, our paths would never have crossed, and we will always be deeply grateful. Patrick personally came to our home, sat down with us, and explained how he could help. His kindness and extraordinary generosity went far above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Then Noel and Roberto installed our new system in just one day. They were exceptional--efficient, diligent, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire installation. They treated our home as though it were their own, worked quickly without ever sacrificing care or attention to detail, and left everything beautifully clean when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Service has always been part of our lives. Ron was honorably discharged from active duty in 1974 and, in 2012, joined Semper Fi #1 Memorial Honor Detail, an all-Marine, all-volunteer organization providing military honors for veterans at Riverside National Cemetery. I was raised by my father, Richard Taylor Bellis, a proud career Marine and Mustang who retired as a captain after 22 years of service. Ron and I have always believed that when someone needs help, you show up. This time, the Marine Corps League and Patrick showed up for us. Through the kindness of the Marine Corps League, Patrick, and everyone at Sano, we were given comfort, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about during one of the hardest times of our lives. If you're looking for excellent work, fair pricing, integrity, and genuine care for customers and community, we wholeheartedly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating AC. We will never forget your kindness and generosity! Semper Fidelis -- Always Faithful, Polly & Ron Danfield
