On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well.
