From my initial contact through my first treatment they have been thorough, responsive and professional. Seems like a well run, though small company. Their geographic coverage is limited as someone asked me for a referral but were outside of their treating radius. Certainly Hartford County seems in play however and perhaps more. They come every 3 weeks while my prior service company came every 4 weeks; I like this better! My old firm was also a local small company and performed well until they were bought out by a global company and service declined quickly. I like local technicians that are hands on and take pride in their service and results. I think I found that (again). I will update this review later in the Summer but so far, so good!!
