I hired them for a new basement digout, meaning they upgraded my house panel, and did all the electrical work for the new space: 3 bedrooms, a bath, workout room, and utility room. Table Mountain ended up being the best value option for my specific project. They weren't the cheapest (although they were close), but they def were not the most expensive either. And they held 100% to their initial bid, even though there were some unforeseen things that came up - which is what I was most worried about: getting a low estimate, then raising the price along the way. This never happened. Everyone that showed up was polite and respectful, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I am 100% happy with the quality of the work. In fact, when the city of Denver inspector showed up and asked who did the work and I told him, he said Table Mountain's work is always good (and he quickly buzzed through the rest of the inspection - which is a huge relief since inspectors can get very nit-picky if they don't think something was done exactly how they like it). Be prepared to pay exactly according to the schedule, which is reasonable in this industry. They show up on time, and expect payment on time. On this, Robert was firm, and I can't say I blame him. I def recommend them for this type of project.

My spouse and I both work very demanding jobs and are typically unable to take external calls during the day. The crew arrived early, I rushed home and apparently arrived about 20min after them, but only 10min into the arrival window, and the crew had left, only offering to reschedule for NEXT THURSDAY. When I called to request more immediate service in line with what was promised, the representative on the phone argued with me, accused my spouse of making errors that led to the cancelled service, and was extremely rude to me; Robert, whoever answered your phone at 2:36pm today needs a serious performance review, because as an HR rep myself, I was absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to after the company made a critical scheduling error; if my staff spoke to a customer that way they would be fired. Talking over me, telling lies, and being an absolute asshole is not an acceptable way to remedy a service issue. To anybody reading this, this company is disrespectful, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I advise anybody considering this company's service to consider if would allow individuals providing such terrible customer service over the phone to enter their home at all. However, I would like to thank the company for showing their true colors before I allowed them to enter my home. Call another company, I sure am!!!

The outlets in the play room weren't working and we needed assistance to fix them. In comes Genesis with a very nice salesman/electrician who out of the box is selling packages. Beware on this scam approach as an assessment has not even occurred yet and here we start by signing an agreement for $700. The long and short is, we discovered the second fuse panel and all the technician did was flip the switch and the outlets worked. Typically a company charges a fee to arrive and assess and NOT coerce $700 packages before knowing what we're dealing with. Lesson learned, but we'll think otherwise if electrical work is needed when a company after flipping a switch to freshen a fuse still charges you $700. a completely unethical and motive of GREED. Beware Parker Colorado friends and neighbors. BEWARE.

In his case, with a problem with his furnace and air conditioner a different company had looked at it and told him it was dangerous and that the only option was a complete new system. United HVAC came out, did the testing, and concluded that all he needed was a good system clean and service. I initially had United HVAC out to look at one of my air conditioners that wasn't working. Cody was on time courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I then talked to him about the possibility of replacing both of my furnaces and air conditioners that were 30 years old and starting to have issues. Previously I had other HVAC companies look at them and all they did was start to give me a "hard sell" why I should replace them immediately (at great expense). Cody, on the other hand, talked me through the possible issues going forward if I kept the present units and gave me some various options including a phased replacement if I decided to replace them to avoid a large up-front cost all at once. Over the next 2 weeks I spent considerable time on the phone talking to the owner of the company, Greg, exploring all my options. He was extremely helpful in knowing the quality vs cost of units and researched and gave me several options. With no hard sell pressure! I ended up replacing my units because the cost compared to other companies was too good to pass up. When they replaced the units they encountered numerous unforeseen issues that they had to overcome. They never complained... they just came up with solutions. The installation was a thing of beauty and when they left, they left the work area cleaner than when they started. In other words they gave me an excellent product and true workmanship at a fair price. Going forward, I will never use any other HVAC company.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with your furnace and AC at this time. Due to issues that arose during the last service call and the fact that you attempted to dispute credit card charges on work that was legitimate and completed, we can no longer service your property. " I recommend the company that if you need to make holes in walls, you better ask the customer beforehand. Edit: The credit card company did accept the dispute, not as the owners response suggests.

We had 4 electricians provide estimates to determine the cost of removing all of it for safety, and we gave the project to Jack. He & Charles arrived on a holiday to start the work and he was here every single day for almost two weeks to get the entire house rewired, installed recessed lighting in two rooms, added a new electrical panel outside, raised the power line to the garage, removed extra unneeded wires from the exterior of the home, added an electric car charger to the garage and fixed the power to the garage door opener, installed a video doorbell, added dimmers to several rooms, and installed all new light fixtures. Nathaniel was in our crawl space under the house, to climbing around in the attic to rewire in some tight spaces and he did a great job installing fixtures and outlets. They even kept making holes to a minimum, to keep from having to patch a ton of dry wall. ALL THAT in just over a week. Jack's team did all this, completed on time before our move-in date, for a very fair price. More than fair, in fact. As the project became larger than the original estimate and he honored the original price. Jack was honest, trustworthy, professional, and very knowledgeable.
