The power button worked, the battery was normal, and nothing was wrong with it except the screen. After they took it to the back, suddenly I was told my power button was broken and my battery was swollen. That is not the condition I walked in with. These problems appeared only after they handled my phone. They also gave me my cracked screen back in worse shape and did NOT return the tools or the new screen packaging that I brought in. That's shady and unprofessional. It makes it look like something went wrong while they were working on it and they didn't want to admit it. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to act like the damage was already there. It wasn't. I know my own device, and I know exactly how it was working before I handed it over. I've already filed a BBB complaint because the way I was treated at this location was unfair, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Management needs to step up and address this situation.

That being said I went in and received immediate service from a very young gentleman. Solid greeting and smile from this individual, who proceeded to ask what he could help me with. I expressed my issue with the maintenance light and asked if he could possibly run a diagnostic check on my vehicle. He did the diagnostic check printed off the result; which claimed no issues. Stumped of the reason why the maintenance light was on , we batted around some ideas of why. Finally we came to the conclusion that the reason for the light was that before my trip to Amarillo I had received an oil change at Wally World in my home town and they had not reset the oil change indicator notification and Voila mystery solved. There were 2 men working there who were having a very spirited discussion full of F bombs about not having enough change for the weekend and customers wanting to pay with $100 bills. I was there for a lawn mower battery, which I had to find by myself and carry up to the counter myself during all this. One man had stomped out the door at this point. The other checked me out and sort of explained the problem, but didn't apologize or anything. I had to carry the battery out to the car myself. The man outside almost hit me with the door stomping back in, didn't even hold the door for me or offer to carry the heavy (to me anyway) battery. I was shocked and completely disappointed by this behavior. The man who checked me out said they were both veterans so I hesitated to post this review but if I owned/managed this store I would want to know if my customers were being treated like this. If I knew these 2 were working I would avoid this store now. Normally I would give this store 7 stars, last Sunday I would give it zero.
