I rarely come here to do my laundry. When the other place in town is too busy. For now on I'll wait in line for the other place. This place and the employee is terrible. Yelling at me for shutting the dryer "too hard and it supposedly messes up the hot water." What a joke. I spent over $20 on just the washers and half my clothes were still dry when the wash cycle was over. A $9.50 washer that was half loaded. Sure. I know how to wash clothes and know when it's faulty equipment. Don't waste your money on this place. The employee was treating the tweakers better that complained about the same things. Just because I look like I can afford the extra money to wash again after spending $39 dollars to wash and dry. Do yourselves a favor and take your business to the better kept business down the street. read more

Rude/harassing verbally abusive and threatening manager. Half or more of washers not working. Everything leaks. Poorly taken care. Halfway threw our most recent visit I was told if I closed the washer door like that again (firmly closing door not slamming) I would be asked to leave. I don't think this place will be operating for much longer under current management. Something needs to change. On top of that there's a weird couple staying/living in a trailer behind the laundry mat. I will not be returning any time soon. It's sad because I used to do my laundry here for the last 15 years. My husband and I are traveling. On the evening of Monday August 26, we went to B&S Coin Laundry to do our laundry. As I was shutting the washer to begin my third or fourth load, the lady who was working there (I'll call her "Laundry Troll") rushed up to us urgently and told me not to slam the washing machine door. She said, "You must not come here a lot do you?" and then showed me how to shut the door. This surprised me because they do not have any signs posted about "slamming" the machine doors, but they do have signs for just about everything else (e.g. "don't let children play in the carts", "put laundry pods directly in machines, not in soap dispensers", etc.) which I had always complied with when I've used this laundromat several times in the past. And since I have never in my life been reprimanded for the way I shut a washing machine, I figured I would just be more gentle with these washers and that was that. I have lower back problems and the chairs in this laundromat are very hard and uncomfortable. I brought my own cushion to sit on, and propped my feet on the laundry cart while I was waiting, to relieve some of the pressure from my back. After sitting like this for over 2 hours, "Laundry Troll" walked by me and without so much as a "please," commanded me to "get your feet off the cart, people put their laundry in there." I was stunned by her rudeness but I didn't say anything and removed my feet from the cart. In a few minutes my laundry was done so I went to remove it from the dryers. As I was folding my clean laundry, "Laundry Troll" walked up to the table where I was folding my laundry and confronted me saying, "Are you having a bad night or something?" Completely confused, I responded, "No, are you having a bad night?" She proceeded to inform me that I had "slammed" the dryer door. Totally caught off guard, I responded that I had simply closed the door, that my laundry was almost done and that I didn't want a confrontation. She proceeded being rude to me and told me that I was no longer welcome in the laundromat. A few minutes later when I asked her name she responded that she wouldn't give it to me but also told me that she was the daughter-in-law of the woman who owns the laundromat. So here is my feedback... To Mom - Please think twice about employing this woman in your business. She is obviously tweaked out or otherwise mentally unstable and is micromanaging the customers at your laundromat. As I told her, she is literally the rudest person I have EVER met in ANY laundromat. Or at least give her a uniform, her cut-off booty-shorts are as unprofessional as her attitude. To potential customers - Please think twice about using this laundromat, unless you enjoy being micromanaged by an extremely rude, hyperactive, balding Laundry Troll with purple eyebrows and more cellulite than you have ever seen. They also only have two small size washing machines, the rest cost $4-$5 dollars each so be prepared to get ripped off if you have smaller loads. read more

Very rude employee who are not allowed to give refunds even if one of their out of date machines malfunctions and doesn't spin so you have to find another machine and pay $4.50 again. I talked to the owner and she said that it was my fault and that they do not give refunds. Bad customer service and someone should turn them into weights and measures. read more

Do not go to any of the laundromats in this area because they are managed by the same couple. The wife is more communicative, but the husband doesn't know what he is doing nor is he a "manager". He tried to lecture me about how it's illegal to request unwarranted refunds. He's arrogant, ignorant, and a high schooler could manage better than him. Found one located near US Bank, run by a Hmong couple. Only one that is reliable in town. read more

I rather wash my clothes at bedrock park along the river than to ever come back to this horrible place. The workers there are extremely rude and will yell at you because their machines are malfunctioning and have to fix it. Rats droppings and roaches everywhere. If you want to bring that home and get treated less than human, this is the place for you. -5 out of 5 if I could. read more

So this laundry mat is older and has some machines that need repair. But the staff isn't rude or ill mannered as previous reviews have said, in fact they are quite helpful and kind. Busy mat and some machines are down for repair but are labeled and the staff was working on repairs/maintenance while I was doing my loads. Mainly giving the high stars for the staff and the price, this is the best value hands down. I did 6 loads of laundry in their big machine and dried for 5.50 and that is the cheapest I've found in a while. read more

If I could give this place negativity infinity stars, I would! Do not ever come to this place! A lot of machine are out of order and it is very low maintained. Another customer and my partner and I even got threatened by the owner. The owner threatened us by saying that he's going to get his gun in the office area and shoot us. He believed we were "slamming the dryers" which we were just simply closing it. A mother stated that he didn't have to be mean and he became verbally abusive toward her and started kicking us all out. He threatened to even damage her car! I was threatened by the manager who said that "he knows who I am and all about me," presumably because I left a bad review about him before. Today, I was accused of causing flooding in this facility because I, "don't know how to measure soap." This was in response to asking him to refund my money because I couldn't finish my load (due to the flooding), which BTW, several people have complained about; they have a plumbing problem, and a rude/threatening manager (as others have mentioned). Oh and a third of the washers are out of order. The place is a dump. read more

If I could give you zero stars, I would. My husband got kicked out because he told the employee the washer wasn't working right. She told him it was the operator! This is probably the worst management I ever have walked Into, the mans wife is super rude, as well the man. If I worked for state surveys I would have this place shut down for multiple sanitation issues, customer treatment, and management. Very rude ass lady that works there. I think maybe the owner or the manager. I've been in there twice and had bad experiences both times. First time was that I supposedly shut the dryer door too hard. Second time she wanted to charge me $2 extra for putting too much soap. Which was not true. The machine was not over flowing with detergent. She was just assuming. I then told her I'm never coming back here ever. Took all my clothes out from the washers and then she walked past me and said, "Good luck finding another one in town." To being my experience, everything was fine. Some faulty machines but a very nice red-headed woman to make sure you aren't wasting money on machines that don't work. When I tried to access the office, however, she asked me not to since her husband was back there. "don't bother him, that's my job" is what I was told. So I continue without thought. Later in the evening my girlfriend moves our car from street parking to the parking lot. I go to look for our car and suddenly I'm accosted by the red-headed woman's husband who accuses me of hitting his machine and tellse to grab my stuff and leave before he has to get violent. Continues to physically belly check me as I walk back in. The owner of an establishment feeling the need to threaten physical violence to a patron who has been doing laundry and speaking to his employees the entire time seemed strange to me. Luckily cooler heads prevailed and I was able to finish my laundry and leave without altercation. I will never return to this laundromat and feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with such an agro bully on the reg. read more

I've been going to this laundry mat for over 2 years now (my family has been going even longer.) Most of the machines never work. I went there today to wash my clothes and on the last spin cycle I could see that there was still a lot of soap in my clothes. When it was done I opened the door to feel my clothes and they all felt soapy. I closed the machine and went to talk to the owner. I asked her for my $4.50 back so that I could run another wash on my clothes without any soap in the machine. The female owner immediately became defensive and accused me of putting too much soap in the machine. I explained to her that I followed the directions and put the right ammount in the machine. She then accused me of lying and locked herself in the office. As I was angrily putting my wet soapy clothes back into my laundry basket to leave and go somewhere else I was very quietly cursing to my friend about the situation. The owner's office was directly across from the machine I was using so she heard a little bit of it. This owner walked out of the office, pointed in my face, and told me "You better watch your mouth!" So at this point I have been accused, called a liar, and threatened. I finally raised my voice to make sure that everyone in the laundry mat knew what this lady was doing to us. It is absolutly not okay to treat your regular customers (or any customers for that matter) this way. My family and I will no longer be going here and I hope that you also choose to stand with us and refuse to go to this laundry mat or any other laundry mat under the same ownership. read more

Just did laundry here and the experience was far from acceptable. Half the machines are out of order, dryers burn clothing and run for less time then posted, when you try to bring issues to the attendants attention they get defensive, then her husband comes out and threatens you.After which they tell you to leave and dont come back thus we left with wet clothing, all of this despite of us having used this location for several decades. read more
