We ordered a tap on the 18th of August, in which the website claimed that they would offer a next day delivery service. Nothing about the delivery was done, even after 2 days but only just printing the label and sticking it on. I think its rather pathetic. And when we called customer service, we explained all this and what do we get back? "Sorry ma'am but I can't hear your voice. Your line is cutting off". After a little piece of criticism they make lies after lies, and they won't even take accountability. I expected better from customer service if not the delivery. read more
