They couldn't find my package that was requested to be returned to sender (me). Was told by the head office I would be notified when my package returned to Cambridge. Cambridge never did that. Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I spotted my name on the package and finally got it. I told them I would never use their serves again.

I used to work for a moving company myself and I will say I would pick these guys any day. My bogus mover failed to show up. Ricky and George worked till 10:00 pm to move us. What amazing is that they just charged the basic rate. They could have easily gouge me. A less honest person would. I would recommend these Gentlemen, to any family member or friend.
