While we wanted our stuff gone, we didn't want to be gouged so a price up front was important to us. We arranged the whole appointment via email and Steve and Alan showed up on time and ready to go. They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy before they left. They also managed to fit an entire one bedroom apartments worth of furniture into a cube van, which was a feat in itself. I would thoroughly recommend Junkfree to anyone requiring junk removal services. Although they are based in Hamilton, they serve the GTA. It's also good to know that the furniture they take away is evaluated and given to charity or reused wherever possible. Despite that, Draven and Steve were friendly and accommodating with our situation, moving three large items and having to remove the doors.
