Wow! The service is amazing! We started an impromptu home reno and needed a bin ASAP. These guys worked miracles and got us a bin same day, in fact just a couple of hours later. This is the second time we've gotten a bin and we've been nothing but impressed with the service, delivery, price, and staff. Totally hassle free. Delivered and picked up without us being there. I barely ever write reviews, but everyone should contact this franchise, especially the Hamilton area one run by Stan. He came early with the bin & even stayed awhile to help me load it knowing that I had no one to help me. Bin There Dump That was the easiest bin rental company to deal with for our kitchen renovation project. The bin fits snugly in the driveway and is clean! I appreciated the immediacy in which they could deliver a bin to our house as well. They went above the call of duty and laid down boards to protect our driveway. So happy I won't need to make countless trips to the landfill, it's a relief. They come highly recommended. read more

I rented a bin from there and I have no complaints. Their prices tend to be on a higher end, which they acknowledge. I would still recommend them because you know you won't be getting robbed. They are on time and professional. Great job! read more

While we wanted our stuff gone, we didn't want to be gouged so a price up front was important to us. We arranged the whole appointment via email and Steve and Alan showed up on time and ready to go. They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy before they left. They also managed to fit an entire one bedroom apartments worth of furniture into a cube van, which was a feat in itself. I would thoroughly recommend Junkfree to anyone requiring junk removal services. Although they are based in Hamilton, they serve the GTA. It's also good to know that the furniture they take away is evaluated and given to charity or reused wherever possible. Bonus points for taking credit and debit cards and having a portable card machine with them in the van! Thank you to the team at Junkfree for such an amazing job!

Despite that, Draven and Steve were friendly and accommodating with our situation, moving three large items and having to remove the doors.

This company is reliable and everyone working there is very professional from the people answering the phones to the delivery drivers. Had another company years ago that brought a dirty dumpster and damaged my driveway this company has very clean bins and no damage. Would recommend them and would get them again. Our bin rental in Waterdown with Bin There Dump That Hamilton has been an excellent experience. We've had to rent several bins while completing a kitchen renovation and replacing a roof.
