As a first time home buyer, I purchased a home and requested repairs on the roof from the seller…read more K&K Roofing was asked by the seller to complete the repairs. There's a reason there is only 1 review on Yelp as this company is an absolute joke and I have no problem calling them out. Read on... This company laid silicone down on my roof TWICE - because the first time was completely inadequate - dripping it all over the plants, the side of my house, on a small wood fence, and all over a trash can. I don't have pictures of the trash can and the mess they made beside the trash can because I had to get rid of their mistakes by HOA standards and didn't have time to take pictures of their trash. What I do have pictures of, however, is their work from my licensed home inspector and from my personal pictures. I'm keeping those for future inspections. I have to admit I was skeptical this company actually did such a poor job, so I did contact them; and after further investigation...yes, they've admitted to their poor work. This company is an absolute careless case of a roofing company. The only reason I was able to discover their deficiencies, because I paid for a licensed home inspector three separate times to inspect their work. In all three inspections they failed to complete to standard. I absolutely do not recommend these people. DO NOT hire them.

Well, I am here to tell you that Trent is that salt of the earth, honest guy that does quality work AND is honest, reliable and won't screw you over! I had new gutters installed by my roofer 3 years ago due to a hail storm. I didn't have any say in who did them or a contact when I needed help. My gutters have been having rain runoff since installed...shouldn't gutters resolve that?!? I called Trent to discuss getting new gutters. He came over to give me a quote and suggested I didn't even need new gutters but offered an easy solution to my problem! Crazy right!? He didn't even try to sell me anything! When I do need new gutters, I know who I am letting do them! Yes, THIS GUY!! So you can stop looking, give Trent a call! You'll be sure to get an honest answer from someone who cares more about people than trying to make a quick buck.

They referred my ticket to Garage Depot USA. The same day I received a call from Brad who set me up with a service call for the next morning. He came out and examined the door and all of the parts and explained to me that I needed a new door because the one I had was recalled years ago and had been patched quite a few times already. He gave me the quote to replace and referred me to the company he would get the new door from including website and product number. I researched pricing for the area and their quote of $700 for a new garage door and trim installed was very fair and actually towards the low end of costs. They installed my new garage door - next day! They also re-programmed my remotes so that they work on one click instead of 4-5 clicks like it was taking before. This team is great and I would highly recommend their services. They were able to install a brand new door for me in less than 48 hours from opening the ticket with my home warranty company to the finish of the instal. I opened a ticket for my a/c days before this one and I still do not have working a/c but my garage door is great! Thank you for being speedy...I wish you did air conditioning too!
