We had some heavy rains a little over a month ago and it kind of over flowed my system, where my water was coming in filled with dirt and what not. He did a courtesy check to make sure that there were no leaks or anything like that and helped clear my water up. I am so thankful for him and will forever call on him for my plumbing needs!

Used a steal breaker bar to loosen the lid, and cracked a big chunk of it off. Ignored my questions about the broken lid. Will not be using them again, and recommend others avoid them as well.
