It is still running strong and turns my upstairs into a deep freeze if I choose to. This week, we had them do a much more intense replacement. Our downstairs HVAC unit was from 2005, mated to a furnace from 1993 (33 years in service...not made like this anymore). Things literally were routed different back then. The initial consult from Mike (Owner) was straightforward, followed by accurate pricing from Bri (Manager). Scheduling was quick. Timeliness of their crew and the electrical subcontractor was exactly as expected. The removal of the old unit was a challenge, but they persevered and managed to get it out. They relocated BOTH line sets to let us move both units to a different location. This was an EXTREMELY REASONABLE cost and jump started our next phase of expansion. I could not be happier with the install and project management they pulled off for this. I am always gunshy to ask for additional work, but they were very accommodating and quick to integrate my changes. Don't be like me, and think things through to let them prepare properly. That started with the owner of the company, Austin Ballard, a veteran, who has hired and trained his entire team to give their full effort and to understand all the details of the job. So, when we had questions, each worker knew the answer(s). Each man was very personable, polite and respectful. The jobs went smoothly. Brody Walker evaluated our needs and provided equipment options and pricing to choose from. The heat and air crew showed up the very next morning to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. No delays waiting for equipment, they had it all in stock. Preston and Austin (not related to the owner), worked from 8:30 am to 9:45 pm, all that day in the extreme heat of Oklahoma's summer, most of the time in the attic, and finished the job. A few days later subcontractor Karson of ISO installed fiberglass insulation in the attic. And the next week Michael Springer, the electrician, relocated the inside breaker box to the outside breaker box and replaced almost all the breakers with UL approved breakers. The old breakers could have easily caused a fire. We had a lot of work done, it was expensive, but we have confidence in the equipment and their installation (American Standard SEER 20 furnace, etc). ACCUTEMP has an A+ rating with the BBB and excellent reviews. Additionally, they have been very responsive each time we call. You only need to put one phone number in your cell phone, 405-439-1595, to recognize when any of the crew from ACCUTEMP is reaching out.
