Clogged to the point where the stoppage was laughing at my plunger saying, "I'm not going anywhere." Then came Ernie with SOL to my sh***y rescue, quite literally. The price also, for a professional plumber, was quite reasonable. Thanks Ernie! John

**CHECK ATTACHED PHOTO EVIDENCE**…read more The following was my Google review of S.O.L.. If you'd like to know exactly what you'd have to deal with in case something went wrong, look no further. Enjoy. "Horrible service, bad installation job, and a shitty attitude, no pun intended. Initially, I thought perhaps he had a bad day, but the more I dealt with him, the more I realized he is as racist as they come! It's sad to see that such people still exist!! This dude changed a toilet and threw the old toilet in front of my house claiming that the city will pick it up, 10 days later I complained and he had to come back and pick it up. Do you want to guess what he did with it?? He dumped it behind my neighbor's house. When I complained to the management company about it, he claimed that he had permission from the neighbor, which he did NOT! A total lie that can easily be shown by talking to the neighbors. Which I did. Additionally, he messed up installing a toilet where the base is just freely moving and refuses to fix it, he didn't like that we discovered his bad job! Moreover he is pissed off that we didn't allow him to just leave the toilet behind in the neighborhood "TWICE"!!, which is something that he might be doing in his other jobs for those who are unfortunate to do business with him "check his work" even after he leaves the house. Check around the neighborhood and make sure he didn't leave garbage around your neighbors house. The guy simply doesn't want to do the job right! He's taking short cuts left and right, blaming everyone under the sun for his short comings just to get out of honoring the warranty he offered "CHECK ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT" So I'd take his 100% satisfaction guaranteed with a grain of salt. Please take the time to read his reply to this review. Ad hominem attacks at best (((SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT OF HIS INITIAL REPLY))) It should show you the caliber of the individual you will deal with if things didn't go his way, or if you were of a race he doesn't like. Unfortunately. Remember, this happened inside my house where I may or may not have cameras in every corner. * The attached photos are from the time he dumped the toilet behind my neighbor's house. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY screen shots of his initial reply to this post which he changed because he realized messed up! I will keep watching the changes he makes and post screen shots to this post for your convenience. Just to show how sneaky he is, unfortunately. This is an honorable job and it can be treated as such.

I've used Waggoners for HVAC for years and have always been happy, but things seem to have changed…read more They came out in March for semi-annual maintenance on my A/C, and what would normally be a 45 min job took an hour and a half. I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.

We had an issue with the washing machine drain backing up in a toilet. The crew came out and went to great lengths to try to find the clog, they were on the roof, pulled the toilet up (and found a problem and repaired that while they were at it), and the problem persisted. So they came back out with a camera and finally found the issue. All of this combined cost less than half of what a previous plumber I used charged to run the camera. I'd trust D and D with any plumbing issue I ever had. I am happy with the quality of work and had the price been fair would have given 5 stars. However,…read morethe price was outrageous and unreasonable. I had a leak that was coming from my toilet. I was initially told it would be $350 to remove the toilet and fix the leak. Once the toilet was removed I was told it needed a new flange which was an additional $420. When I asked about the price I was told the initial price of $350 only covered the wax ring and closet bolt and did not cover the flange. Since a flange can be picked up at Home Depot for $12 and the toilet was already removed, incurring an additional full labor charge was unfair at best. In the end I was billed $350 to replace the wax ring and another $350 to replace the flange. As a veteran, I try to support my locally owned veteran businesses. This is one that I will not be using in the future and will definitely not recommend to anyone.
