He talked with me on the phone, got my VIN, ordered the part, communicated with me that it had arrived (which only took a couple days) and THEN I brought my car in to be fixed. My car didn't have to sit in the parking lot for three days waiting on a part to arrive. I didn't have to go three days without a car trying to figure out how to do school drop off and pick up. It took like maybe two or three hours from the time I dropped it off to the time he told me it was done. Granted, he's a new business and I only saw one other employee.
