I immediately requested a refund, but my money has not been returned and communication stopped. For transparency: public Miami-Dade court records list multiple criminal cases from 2018-2019 under this individual's name and name variations with the same date of birth, including theft-related charges. These records are publicly searchable and I am not claiming they are related to my experience.
