Needed an assessment done on a couple of pipes that, at one point, connected to a water softener…read morethat a previous owner of my house in their infinite wisdom actually put under ground. Of course it failed the first time it flooded; said previous owner just put in a braided pipe to bypass the water softener and just left the whole thing in the ground. After yanking out the entire apparatus (including a still hot electrical outlet) and noting what had been done, I called several plumbers, but Good Guys is the one that actually answered. They came out, gave me their assessment, which was to put in a more permanent solution, and an estimate of what that would cost...which was less than I figured it would be. Two days later, they came back, and had it done quickly and professionally. These guys got the job done, and didn't break the bank doing it. I recommend them highly.

He was able to reuse most of the wood, his estimate was very close to final, with the difference being changes suggested and ok'd by me in advance. Unlike other folks, he keeps you informed. If he has to leave, he secures the area and lets you know where he went and when he expects to be back, then comes back. I have to keep giving him tips, because he keeps giving me deals. 10 of 10, my new go to for home repair issues. Part way through repairing my fence, I sent him to talk to my neighbor at her request, who also lost several sections of fence. I don't know yet what his limits are, but even if it's something he can't do, I'd value his advice, so he'll be my first call.

I have never had not one issue with any visit whatsoever. Not with pricing or the service provided. I actually can't express the high quality of work that they have given my family. I always recommend Pippin brothers to anyone. I don't want to discredit anyone or there experience that they've had, but for me it's been exceptional quality of work and and thoroughness. Again, this is only my observation over the 4 different times they have been to my house. I wish I could remember the names of the gentlemen that have come to our home but no such luck for now. If I could give them a ten I would based on my experience. I hope this helps your decision making! Leslie

They put the pipe in but they didn't concrete it in so someone else had to do that.. they told me I got a hard water softener. I called him three times and asked them. This is a hard water softener. I said well Pippin Brothers of Lawton Oklahoma. I said it was a water softener. He said it's not a hard water softer it's water filter and it's not filtration through the house. They hurried the repair, left without letting her know. My wife goes out to check out her faucets, they still leaked. I call them immediately before they get too far away. The tech was resistant, after informing him several times it's not fixed. Price was shocking for the simple repair. Nevertheless, lesson learned, called around and was quoted part for part, labor to labor, significantly less from a shop that takes quality of work seriously. I was willing to pay for the repairs but one faucet they provided and I figured they would stand behind that product and warranty it. NOPE. they quote me $350 to repair the bathroom faucet and replace the kitchen faucet. Reluctantly I say yes after they weren't going to warranty any of it. Then he calls me from town tells me the price is $550 because the faucet is more than expected. I said ok whatever I need it fixed we are selling our house. Then he shows up and says he can't fix the other faucet either it would need to be replaced I said no way I will do it you guys need to rename your company "unaffordable" plumbing. He still charged me $400 to replace a faucet that should have been under warranty and labor. NEVER WILL I USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY.
