We traveled from San Diego to Zion with our trailer and realized we forgot the trailer key when we got to the rv park late on a Friday evening. The man who came to help unlock our trailer was rude from the moment he took our call to the time he arrived. Horrible customer service and was so off-putting in his attitude. Really made paying the $160 fee even worse. Maybe they don't like tourists? Definitely go somewhere else. Not sure why he took the job if that's how he treats customers. read more
