We traveled from San Diego to Zion with our trailer and realized we forgot the trailer key when we got to the rv park late on a Friday evening. The man who came to help unlock our trailer was rude from the moment he took our call to the time he arrived. Horrible customer service and was so off-putting in his attitude. Really made paying the $160 fee even worse. Maybe they don't like tourists? Definitely go somewhere else. Not sure why he took the job if that's how he treats customers. read more

Needed a safe opened. 30 seconds later the door opened. Very professional. Was very accommodating with my early appointment.

Absolutely amazing service and more fair pricing! Our house that normally has all the locks electronically operated, had both of the batteries fail at the same time. We didn't have a key. B&E came out, fixed it and made 2 spare keys. I highly recommend them. read more

I was very impressed with their service. The young man that came out to take care of my needs, replaced the lock and deadbolt key to my house key and took care of everything in a very expedient and very economic way I would recommend this company to anyone, and I love the fact that his name is BNE Locksmith, lol.! read more

Very prompt service. Polite, and reasonable rates. They had to order lock parts but agreed to only bill one service call. I would definitely use them again. read more

I can't say enough good things about Harvey and his team at B&E Locksmith. We had an impossible job, and I was either quoted insanely high prices by other companies or didn't get calls back at all. I found Harvey's company through a friend and was provided a quote which was significantly cheaper than other locksmith's, and he was able to complete it sooner than anyone else. Also, the service he provided was exceptional. We moved to St. George recently from CA, and I can say you'd never find such an excellent locksmith there. Very happy with our result, and will use them again for any needs in the future. Thanks Harvey and your team! read more

Harvey was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem with our door lock, and repaired it (new springs, etc) in his van on the spot. This avoided replacing the entire lock, saving me $. I will use B&E for any of my lock needs. read more

7:50am, we were on our way to Brian Head, when we made a pit stop to the restroom, and we managed to lock ourselves out of our truck with the keys left inside. Called B&E at 8am, and Harvey arrived within 20 minutes, and got us in our car within 10 minutes. Thank you Harvey! read more
