I called B&C about a low water pressure problem with my lawn irrigation system and they scheduled a repair team for about two weeks later. In the meantime, the county came out to repair a storm sewer problem that created a huge hole in the yard along the boundary between our property and our neighbor's property. Without contacting us, they started digging holes in the yard and in the process destroyed a 6-foot section of my irrigation system and ripped up my buried dog fence. In repairing and re-burying the dog fence, I managed to bust up more of my irrigation system. When Garet and Nathan from B&C showed up I explained the situation, and they went to work. Immediately, Garet discovered the problem with my water pressure. Not long ago, I called another company to repair a badly leaking main water line. They turned off the water at the meter and replaced the leaking line. But when they turned the water back on, they just barely opened the valve, causing the pressure to read okay but volume was completely inadequate. Garet fully opened the valve and, like that, pressure issue resolved! Then, he and Nathan went about fixing multiple leaks and resetting my timer. They even reapired my tempory wire connection on my dog fence! All this in just one hour. Bravo, B&C Irrigation! And major kudos to Garet and Nathan! Garet has come to my aid several tiimes and he has always been a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience wiith Nathan and he was pleasant and ready to go to work. Not at all impressed and more than annoyed. What I asked for was water mitigation for my garage. What I got was a French drain in a horse shoe configuration which made no provision for the front and a bill for 5400.00. What I got was a French drain that turned out to be virtually useless. The first hard rain and my garage has three inches on water in it. Then I got a quote of 850.00 to fix what should of and could have been easily fixed on the first visit had they paid more attention. What exactly was I supposed to do? I'm 60 years old and don't have the physical strength or tools to fix this so I had to agree to it as options around here are limited. I went down to pay the bill and three days later I look on my credit card records and they have charged my card six times equaling over 4000.00 in charges. They ran the card six times! I call them immediately and they tell me it isn't showing up on their end and I tell them it sure as hell is on my end! Four days later, I call again and the card company tells me that ALL the charges were finally dropped. But the saga doesn't end there, I get a call from them as a follow up and tell them I was not happy at all with these new charges and she indicated that this would be passed on to the owner. B&C Was great when they were selling new services. However, they have absolutely zero loyalty to long term customers. They routinely ignored my request to winterize and then activate my system at a time that/date I preferred. They seem to favor servicing the more lucrative neighborhoods ahead of the more rural ones. They repeatedly failed to show to repair leaks and lastly, the new company found that last year all they did was shut off the water. No lines drained, no valves left open, they charged me for NOTHING! They claim to be a Christian business, but their actions prove it to be whitewash only. I said "so long" after 10 years. I have no idea how long I paid and got nothing for my money. It is sad. read more

Do not use this company! When we first moved into our house on June 15, I called and they said they could not come out until July 5. We were unpacking anyway. The technician came out, got the system running, and programmed the panel. He gave me a verbal estimate to fix the remaining issue. I called back several times to schedule an appointment to fix the issues. Nobody ever returned my calls. Now I have several sprinkler heads running. I have turned the system off both at the panel and every valve I can find in the yard, yet the heads are still running. I called B&C today and they said they could not come out until August 5 and said it way my fault the sprinkler heads were running when it was their technician who started the system. read more

I had a full irrigation system installed in my yard and B&C Irrigation Systems did the job!! I have had a few houses over the years with underground irrigation systems, and this is the most sophisticated and thorough system I have ever had. The pipework layout, sprinkler head positioning, sprinkler head types, and drainage system is amazing! I have enjoyed my system. Grass is thicker and greener, and my roses are blooming like never before. Very happy! The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have had no issues so far. But the staff are very approachable if I had any questions. read more

This company sure goes over and beyond to get your business, however, after they have secured your business they are absolutely useless!! You call about a problem and it's at least a month before they can come "access" it and want to charge you a "diagnostic fee" of $170 on top of the $195.00 you pay yearly to maintain your system! Highly recommend B&C Irrigation. I hired B&C to put in a drainage system in my backyard for a flooding problem. Ben came out, conducted a survey, drew out a plan and sat down with me to explain. B&C's crews are extremely professional and hard working, they know what they're doing. Not only did they due a geat job on the drainage system, they checked my irrigation system from top to bottom, made adjustments, replaced some heads and got it running like new. I gave them $195.00 for winterizing and spring turn-on. They were suppose to come out on Dec 1, 2017 and blow my system. They came, but blew out someone elses system and left an invoice with my name and address in their mailbox. The neighbor called them and told them that they had done the wrong house and that they need to come and do the right house. You think that they would have since they had already been paid for the service, but NOOOO. I was very angry when I got home and left them a very unpleasant message and told them that they had better come out first thing on Monday or I want my money back. Excellent! I turned to B&C Irrigation after a subpar and unlicensed contractor destroyed both my yard and wallet, leaving me with a non-working irrigation system. B&C saved me from that awful experience. They arrived on time and promptly began work.
