I was greeted and John, the mechanic who serviced my car introduced himself and told me my car would be on the lift in a few minutes and he would install my new lights. in a short period of time the lights were installed and he walked from one end of the underneath if my car with showing me that all was in good shape. He pointed out two pieces of plastic that was nor secure on the sides of the front wheel wells and offered to secure them like they should be. To me this is going way beyond what he should have done! He backed to car out of the bay and showed me that all the new lights worked as they should and they did. The crowning jewel of the experience was when he put rags in between the lift and the frame of my car so he wouldn't scratch the frame of my car. To say the least I was blown away! I am a female and don't know much about my car I was having problems with my headlights and ask Chris the gentleman at the counter to please call me and let me know what was going on before any work was done on my vehicle. The manager of the shop his name is John did not answer three of my husband's phone calls . Our vehicle was at the shop for over 7 hours so we decided to stop in . John was very rude unwilling to help her give any information regarding my vehicle . I can't believe he is actually the manager ! I was charged $105 for a headlight that I did not connect completely and turn into the headlight Junction . Before doing the work they should have called me like I asked instead they took it upon themselves to take advantage of a woman who doesn't have much knowledge in vehicles . I was definitely screwed over and when I requested a call from Rodney Walker both times he refused to call me back and never did ! I would never do business again especially if you are a woman watch out for the scumbags they will rip you off and screw you over they see you coming and go and it's very sad that this happened in my town ! It has taken upwards of 15+ calls just to receive a call back, let alone hear an update about my car. You would think after countless voicemails, "promises" to do better, and even a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the communication would improve, but sadly not! I get no update that day, so I call the following afternoon, to check in and see where they're at and what it's looking like. I'm told that I'm still getting working on to get back there. The oil filter was on so tight that all it did was tear up with every oil filter wrench I used. Tried a few tricks it tore up more. I had to cut it off with tin snips. Except now the screw on part is still on truck. It is going to cost me $100 to have it removed. It is on way to tight.

They not only checked all fluid levels, they check all of my tires and put in proper air inflation. They pulled the air filter and showed it to me and I knew I needed to change it for a long time but never got around to it, they did not have one in stock so they called their parts supplier, and quoted me $11.99 for the filter I ask them about the labr cost - oh no problem the assistant manager said service is for free, you just pay the invoice cost of the filter, oh I said how long about 15 minutes for the part to get here and about 2 minutes to wpe out the holder and install new filter, okay do it, now my final bill was around the $38 bucks! That included the full service. Wal-Mart is $37.99 for just the oil change not including tire inflation, air filter change, and guess what Wal-mart does not top fluids off ... so I give this location a five star and two thumbs up rating. Oh by the way they offer many other car maintenance service all very reasonable priced. Visit them you will be glad you did!
