Fast forward, we've been sprucing up the house, and decided to see what could be done with the rocker. FinishPros knocked it out of the park. They were quick and professional and well priced. A few days later, one of our kitchen chairs decided to break. What to do? I could spend $$$ on a whole new set, or bring it to a company I know will do an amazing job, and they really did. Our experience with Sharpe's Church Interiors is not a good one and wanted to leave a review so…read morethat future customers may be aware. We are small church with about 22 pews. The pew we have are old I will admit and were in need of upgrade or replacing. After searching out we went with Sharpe's Church Interior because of lower price and their 25-year workmanship warranty. And that it was mentioned in sales that they would possibly try to complete the project of repadding and new upholstery for the pews. As well as accommodate a time frame of completing pews without any interruptions to worship service during the week. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had to work on their schedule and only sending a couple of guys to do the work in three days. The lead person on the job to me was more about trying to complete the job hurriedly without ensuring that pews were total done. We have some pews that have gaps at end of pews where the open end is screwed in and one pew that wasn't not even screwed to the back. Some staples that were exposed that could allow someone to prick their fingers in those gaps as well. They had a big job they were trying to get too next after our project was signed off. On the last day I was there and it took them late in the night to complete and as I looked over the work it was okay but wanted to get them out and gone. So, for future reference make sure you demand that they give you full attention and not rush a job to be done. If anything else try their competitor McPhaul Church Services, this buyer wished we had used them instead since they have a mill facility and feel they would give a better quality service.

He told me it was going to be $60 for the stairs, after I was quoted $50. Then he pushed and pushed to add the "stronger cleaning solution. It was going to be ove $100 more. Then I had to question, is the service at the pri e I was quoted going to get my carpets cleaned when now you are saying I NEED the better cleanser for over a hundred dollars? I Then told him TWICE that I didn't feel comfortable with all the upsells and I didn't trust him, I told him to leave. Twice! He Then, magically brought the price for the better solution down to $30, I still told him"no"but he kept saying, it's only $30 more. My daughter (26) was there watching. I told him my husband wouldn't like this, I came up with every excuse, but he kept insisting. Finally I agreed and said just get it done. Then, when it was time to pay the bill, it was $216 instead of $200. I asked him about this and he played like he couldn't understand me. So I paid it over zell. When I got the receipt over my phone it showed that he added $16 gratuity to himself without my knowledge and pretended like it was part of what I agreed to. I will never trust this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The carpets are soaking wet, I've never had my carpets this wet after having them cleaned and I've had them clean to happen dozen times. Do not trust this company!

Our house had to be aired out for two days to get rid of the fumes and smell. Hoping the wood on my steps are not damaged due to excessive moisture from them cleaning the carpet. After we spoke to Roman one of technicians he said they fo not refund your money even though we have had all of this inconvenience with their service. We are warning anyone of their poor customer service and quality of work.
